    Beautifully done! Thank you for sharing this. I'd like to make the ravioli all the way to final cook, then allow to cool a bit before dropping them into hot oil for a good fry. Crispy fried ravioli with my homemade marinara sauce is one food I've been missing=) I do believe your recipe may work nicely for this~ especially with continued rolling/working of the dough the way you did here. It can be tricky to get the pasta dough to hold together through all steps, so to you I say; Well done! Bellisimo!!

      Hi 👋🏻….thx for the appreciation and yes it will work ….it might work by freezing the ravioli and then drop them in oil for a fry or maybe airfry them x

    Para fazer a lazanha, eu precjso congelar ela depois de pronta e depois assar tambem ou já posso fazer e assar direto?

    Filling
    Cooked ground beef minced
    Cooked spinach
    Cream cheese
    Mix well
    Note;
    Freeze ravioli for at least
    1 hour before putting in boiling water to cook.

    Vernaz can I use another flour? I can not take the taste of almond or coconut 😢. Any other option?

    Is the meat stuffed or raw? And did I understand correctly that before boiling, you need to freeze for 1 hour? why so? Thank you

      Yes the filling is precooked and freezing it before cooking is necessary coz it’s delicate and the freezing makes it sturdier when put in the water x

      It shouldn’t be at all …please see the video carefully and do the kneading and rolling just like I have done ….it shouldn’t fail at all as I’ve done it in the video in front of all of you x

      @@whskymr then you probably had to knead it more coz in the video I said it depends on your almond flour brand so use 1 or 2 or 3 egg yolks accordingly and put them one at a time

      @@ketokat333 I needed for 5 min easy and had to add a 3rd yolk. It still didn't roll smooth like yours and it didn't crimp properly with a fork. What brand of almond meal u use

      @@whskymr Almond meal? You meant almond flour, I assume. Using Almond meal you can expect very different results. Btw, I use Blue Diamond brand Almond Flour. Finely sifted and excellent for baking. Available on Amazon here in in the US for less than $12.00 for 3 lbs.
