Crispy fried ravioli with my homemade marinara sauce is one food I've been missing=) I do believe your recipe may work nicely for this~ especially with continued rolling/working of the dough the way you did here. It can be tricky to get the pasta dough to hold together through all steps, so to you I say; Well done! Bellisimo!!

It shouldn’t be at all …please see the video carefully and do the kneading and rolling just like I have done ….it shouldn’t fail at all as I’ve done it in the video in front of all of you x
@@whskymr then you probably had to knead it more coz in the video I said it depends on your almond flour brand so use 1 or 2 or 3 egg yolks accordingly and put them one at a time
@@ketokat333 I needed for 5 min easy and had to add a 3rd yolk. It still didn't roll smooth like yours and it didn't crimp properly with a fork. What brand of almond meal u use
@@whskymr Almond meal? You meant almond flour, I assume. Using Almond meal you can expect very different results. Btw, I use Blue Diamond brand Almond Flour. Finely sifted and excellent for baking. Available on Amazon here in in the US for less than $12.00 for 3 lbs.

Yes the filling is precooked and freezing it before cooking is necessary coz it’s delicate and the freezing makes it sturdier when put in the water x
