A good loss for last week, it is so lovely to see you being positive about your journey, it isn't just about the destination. I had a lovely time with my friend and it was totally off plan. Back on it for 5 days now, I am still out of my target range but will see what happens on Thursday 🙏🙏 It is what it is. I have been diagnosed with a couple of things one being anemic, which explains quite a bit on how I am feeling within myself. Hopefully I will begin to feel a little better in the next few weeks. We all have hurdles to get over and I am so proud of you for not giving in Denise. You are fantastic and such an inspiration. I got some of Aldi 's "Ice cream Mochi" in salted caramel, they also had coconut and and another flavour I cannot remember. They were £3.25 for 6 😁😁, enjoy the rest of your week xx

I had my first gain of 1lb this year last weds and praying I dont have another this week but it's my birthday today and we were away weekend just gone! 100% back on plan today though to try and limit the damage. You're doing so well, and I'm sure that's down to your positive mental attitude. I finally got to target last week. I only had 16lb to lose, but despite usually being on plan 100% my loss is always very slow and it took me about 11 months to do. Don't forget that HexB doesn't always have to be bread. I often have a few nuts or dried or cooked fruit to mix things up a bit. Stay positive and enjoy Tenerife. You've earned it!

I'm in Cyprus now for a four night stay for our 33rd anniversary. I have had the food I have wanted but have found myself not getting four desserts 😅 & not having one unless it's something I really fancy. Lost 3 stone before coming away and could really feel the difference, even on the plane . Fly home today so I miss weigh in, I will be straight back on plan Wednesday & looking forward to it. ❤

Hello Denise, well done on losing the weight this week, you sounded a bit disappointed but you really shouldn’t. To lose, as you have done, every week from May last year to this March is nothing short of amazing and you should be so proud of yourself. You are definitely a changed young lady since the start of your journey and you should definitely be so proud of yourself. I know how difficult it is to get back on track after a holiday, your brain seems to want you to continue in holiday mode, but you are working on that, it shows with your weight loss this week. Go and enjoy your holiday with James, make special memories, and when you return get back to eating healthily, as you are doing, and the weight will come off again even if it does take a few weeks xx

I’m just back from Florida celebrating our 40th anniversary and ate what i wanted so trying to shift the weight gain 🙈 but thoroughly enjoyed it! I’m like you with the carbs, i really have to watch with bread, pasta, rice etc, i can’t eat as much as i want. For my HB i have the ryvitas with cottage cheese and tomato, or ham and tomato. Hi hope your ok over the in last four weeks I was not at sw as I was not well but I have lost my appetite since then I went and got weight but I was under weight I by quite a bit but this June I will be at target for a year but thing happen it will sort itself out I like marks food as it is good quality 🐝🧵🐝
