Definitely any oil is going to struggle with this foundation. I’m not oily at all and it definitely looked that way end of the day. It might be too high maintenance for an oily or even combo skin time as you definitely would need to touch up throughout the day.
I also have oily combo skin which has me steering away from this type of foundations…. I do love a good satin matte though. The Georgia Armani stays flawless even after an 10 hr nursing shift ,)

I knew you were doing this review 😁 I think people forget that makeup is just a temporary skin coating that will fade and stain and smear and all the things that comes with “temporary” makeup. (Meaning it’s not permanent or tattooed on! Lol) Having said that, for a foundation to last 10 hours still looking nice, but dewey, isn’t bad at all. It’s pretty awesome to look as good as you do at the 16 hour mark. Slight touch up is all it needed without looking caked on or cracking off. It’s also good to know your skin felt like it had plumping hydration after using the product! That’s an A+++ in my book 🤩

Amy, I am the same. I detest bb and cc creams because they just give me grease-face. I am 56, dry, aging skin. The finish on this is not too glowy at all. I dusted a little Mineral Veil under my eyes because it was creasing a little. (that did the trick) Just an fyi from a more mature skinned woman. 👍
It’s definitely glow Ly/luminous but by the end of the 16 hour day you can tell it’s passed that point. Simple repressing into skin fixes it though so not an issue IMO

I was dealing with a little frustration bc my keurig stopped working today😭it lasted a good 2.5 years. A simple model I suppose and for the amount of times I used it in a week I guess makes sense that it stopped working. I guess for a bit I’ll boil the k cup grounds in a pot and strain it out into a mug until I am in the mood to go to Costco to buy a new coffee maker😂it will take me a super long time to take the plunge to get a $500 one

Mine didn’t oxidize on me. You could try a C. I probably would have got 7C looking back. It should definitely work with dry skin! Be sure to moisturize first because it can cling.

It looks so good your face looks amazing I would love to try this foundation but I'm older but still want to try it! I'm the queen of foundations I love them some work some don't but I don't mind to try it at least once! I have always worn makeup since I was a young girl and to this day I have more makeup then my 2 girls foundations concealer blush even highlights I love them but have to be careful with them as I'm older! And my lipsticks for sure I don't go out to much but when I do I put makeup on its just a habit! But you look great so I will try it for sure.

I mentioned briefly. Just that it was a passion project and the science behind the formula and her clinical trials (which information is now on the outer packaging of the product for results). She’s just a very passionate person and that’s what I really got out of this seminar was how much she believed in and loved this product.
I have trouble paying for CT products! They are so overpriced and over rated! Would rather patronize smaller cosmetic brands! No one can tell if you r wearing 44.00 CT or 13.00 or less e.l.f.! CT does have a handful of wonderful products, I just have a hard time paying so much extra becuz her name is on the component.
That’s not true for everyone. The elf CC cream looked horrible on me. However I do agree that some Charlotte Tillbury products are over priced mainly her face and eye products. The foundation is $44 which is average for high end brands.
I test out all price point foundations on my channel so if CT isn’t for you I have many others you can look up with great price points! My fave foundation of all time is from the drugstore and also have skincare benefits like CT!

I think this foundation would transfer on the mask. Even with a setting spray only because it’s so dewy.

There is no SPF in it and no flashback. This does transfer if touched so if you’re hugging people I would not recommend it for bridal.
How do you think it would wear with a matte setting spray?
I find powder more effective than matte settings sprays for me personally but I’ll give it a try!
