In this video I have discussed about some advance exercises for knee contracture that is mostly happening on person who has severe knee arthritis. In this condition person knee are not fully extended after some times the knees goes in Bow leg.
The exercises are following as mentioned in video you will get relief and your knee flexion contracture will resolve.
Before starting exercises apply hot fomentation of knee to increase blood circulation and soften the muscles and ligaments.
