Driving 8 hours at night and get a flat tire

So I’m traveling up to the Bay Area to try and get a job in the morning and at about 1 am a warning light came on the dash telling me my right rear tire was at 25psi and of course the nearest gas station was 25 min away. I made it to the gas station and found that the valve seem to the tpms sensor was finger tight. So I tightened it out air in the tire fueled up and hit the road no sweat. I was hoping there was a nail in the tire so I could teach you guys how to plug your tire
