I definitely struggle more with the future anxiety. It’s because I think I can still predict or control it in some way.. The past doesn’t bother me as I understand there is no control over it 😊
I thought after 20yrs, i could retire, like others did. I regretted immediately!, realizing my life was intertwined with my job in so many personal ways. My purpose, identity etc.. I went into shock. Extreme regret and fear. I fell into horrible depression... i can't accept what i did, and the multitudes of loss, loosing my job. Im devastated,.. and unable to let it go. Im still searching for a way
That is human! I would suggest to focus on the positives of that person when you are reminded of the bad! With time you will overcome this! My thoughts are with you.
Learning from past mistakes and not fearing the future is the key to a peaceful mind. Loved this!
If I only listened to my intuition I wouldn’t have any regrets from my past.
Very well said, I feel exactly the same.
Were you able to accept and move on? I haven't.

It is called the past for a reason it's the present that is a gift
Unfortunately, even if I manage to deal with the past, someone always finds it necessary to remind me of it.
