This was local to me at the time it happened. I was having lunch at a restaurant a stone throw from the courthouse when the verdict came in. I will never forget the silence in that whole place. Then the affirmation and clapping when it was given. To this day she still takes no responsibility for her part in his death. She just says, I didn’t kill anyone. Orchestrating his death was so unnecessary. She could have just divorced him and continued on. So many lives altered and destroyed by her decisions. Narcissistic to the core.

I just did a search and looked at some of those old images of Kim Basinger. She's more beautiful than I remembered. I never saw 9-1/2 weeks, so I can't comment on that. I saw one of her other movies, and she got my attention as a youngish guy back then. I still think that I speak for many in your male audience who reacted to that part of the video by thinking, "What do you care about Kim Basinger? You've got Amy."

Who clearly showed remorse! The other 3 boys did not pull the trigger so theres that! But this would have never happened if it wasn’t for her! Anybody who doesn’t have sympathy for Billy doesn’t understand the psychological part of all of this! Good thing you weren’t on the jury, a judge or the parole board!

This case has always bothered me; Pam is highly intelligent, and I honestly have gone back and forth regarding her innocence. The one thing I cannot get passed is the recordings with Cecilia; Pam's claims that she was feeling Cecilia out and doing her own investigation is just unbelievable. If it wasn't for that, I might be more inclined to think she wasn't behind it. I do think she regrets it, was young, stupid and self centered. However, it's chilling to think she cared more about her dog and furniture than her husbands life. This is the one case for me out of so, so many where I truly want to believe she isn't guilty. However, no matter how much of a model inmate she has been, all the higher education she's achieved, it just can't outweigh she had her husband murdered. Another sad example of ruined lives and one taken too soon, all for nothing.

So,rape & murder does equal lwopp. She can't be paroled bc she doesn't assume any responsibility for what happened. So, she ain't getting out...

She is not a stupid lady. But her actions and manipulations were.
I always thought she had a hard exterior and aged around her mouth.
In many court appearances her lawyers tried to play up an innocence with the dresses and bows in her hair. Didn't work.
My marriage ended within the first year. But murder just never entered our minds. Divorce. Its rough. But believe it or not . One recovers.
At this point if she could get parole I think it would be fine. People know who she is so its doubtful she could poison anyone else.
    Good to hear about Haylen.
The pets always get forgotten. 😕
Looks can be deceiving for sure. The couple that host
Misery Machine are also into mosh rock? Is this the correct term????
    I'm old. Sorry.
    Cute couple ..

Chris said that the OJ Simpson trial was in 93 but his trial was in 95. This trial dominated Court TV back then. I believe Gregg Jerrett and not sure but I believe Dan Abrams got his start on Court TV during her trial. Don't hold me to that though.

I don't believe that Greg cheated on her. I think she made that up to justify her affair w/Billy.
