I like how you give time to set before each stretch. Most videos I've seen they rush it and then you barely have 15 secs really yo to the stretch. Nice video bro

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
I’ve gained a lot of weight the past 6 months since I had a big surgery. But even a few years back I was so athletic but always tight in the hips and shoulders. Would you recommend I do short stretching before a workout and this after a workout or this before and short stretching after a workout?
lengthening muscles before strength training is generally not recommended. i would go with some some light dynamic stretching before, and use this as a cooldown
Had 18-24 months of issues with tight leg muscles and have made this my morning stretch routine. Even after just a few days I am seeing enough improvement for me to step up my strengthening exercises. So pleased to have come across this upload👍👍
I have backpain only during sleeping for more than 4 months. I have done every test but nothing helps me i even change my bed mattress tried all the workout. Nothing works i will try these one too god help me😪
