That last home reminds me A LOT of the Mexico modern homes architecture. Especially with that outside small courtyard. The stairs the bathrooms the kitchen everything. So nice!
nice house but 1.6 can get you a house in San Diego no commute, then you also have to pay mella roos probably for the school district. But if you want kids in one of the best school districts, then this mansion in Temecula is worth it.
I wouldn't call these Luxury Homes. These homes read more like large cookie cutter prefab. The staging done for them is for like a 400k home. The flooring looks low end and the bathroom has a faux Panda Marble vibe. Luxury isn't just about the size of a home, it's more about the quality used to make a home.
The house he shown are developed/made by japanese "shawood global" owned by sekisui company' they specialise in earthquake resistant houses and buildings idk what you are on about when you say they look cheap, that might be true when it comes to american home builders but not the shawood lol, theyre legit one of the best home builders in the world' they might no be known for their aesthetically pleasing houses but they build high quality houses.
Just like the entire south Texas Florida. , at least we have a good state program I only pay 1200 a year for a 600,000 home insurance taxes is only 7500. This same home in the south would be 4400 for insurance and 12000 a year in taxes
I've lived in OC for +45yrs... $1.6m for Temecula? Builder isn't even Toll Bros or Lennar... nvr heard of this builder. I thought it was only OC that's ridiculously overpriced.
It's the very first time this builder will be building in California. And part of what makes it expensive is the location (just behind the Wine Country) and the engineering that the builder utilizes to build the houses which i think is the first to ever be done in California.
What a joke who is gonna live in the desert plopped down a whole bunch of big homes lower price in God for sake and hell it’s windy. It’s hot. It’s cold. It’s miserable. It’s the desert spend a little more and live in a better area.
Live in a better area? Temecula is one of the safest cities in California and great for families I lived in the Temecula/Murrieta area since I was 7 years old. Lot of people love it here

Great tour. These homes are BEAUTIFUL! I could never afford them, but they are nice to be able to see inside.
Nice to dream. The property tax is insane!

Enjoy the traffic on the 15 in Temecula!
yep Temecula has more traffic than 10 years ago , what happened?
You have an amazing channel. Kudos!!!
I want to see more of one-floor houses❤
I really like it when you say the truth. Like "this closet is a little small for two people". I will call you when I am ready to buy.
51:10 - I think that "Zen area" behind you is an atrium. Nice!
It’s an atrium
You outdid yourself with this video. When do I move in ? Want to get the heck out of sfvalley and move there
Let's go!!!! Let me know when 😂😂
I love how u call the toilet the "throne area". Brilliant! lol These R sweet properties in RivCo for sure.
haha... thought it would be boring to say "here's the toilet" 😂😂
What are the chances that that beautiful view you showed will be built out with houses in the future?
The build out for this community is L-shaped and on the edge of the community. I’d say it’s a really good chance that most will have that view!
check with your homeowners insurance before buying any home near Mountains. the can be a very hefty monthly cost with that mortgage

You can get a shack for 1.6 in San Diego lol
Wow
49:37 - Are the sidewalks on private property? Why does the driveway gate align with the curb?
I believe those gates are just up while the homes are being modeled
You are pointing out a lot of the upgrades I’m sure. Not really reflective of what a buyers starting point would be.
Exactly

Temecula is wine and meth heads 😂😂 be safe out there. HOA is always a loose for the owner.
You do know Temecula is one of the safest cities in riverside county right
Meth heads and drug dealers everywhere.
What I understood that all the major home insurance companies have already left the state.
Just like the entire south Texas Florida. , at least we have a good state program I only pay 1200 a year for a 600,000 home insurance taxes is only 7500. This same home in the south would be 4400 for insurance and 12000 a year in taxes
callaway winery & schools
$ommers bend TWO-HOA & taxes Daybrook gated $312 mth & lake terrace $227.00 month , Tax rate 1.4% base rate meloroose
They probably didn’t put the ladder for the bunk bed for safety reasons.
good point
3% Property Tax?? Good luck

Yes, they have a unique way they built these homes.
They messed up with those butler kitchens 😂 supposed to be between the main kitchen and dining room. Those butler pantries go to the garage 😂😂😂😂
