The traffic is terrible, and racism even worse. Also something to consider the weather gets up to 114 ° in the summer and 29° in the winter. The commute to a good job is about 2 hrs one way. Is it worth it?! Absolutely not! I moved away 5 months ago and I'm not looking g back.

What a joke who is gonna live in the desert plopped down a whole bunch of big homes lower price in God for sake and hell it’s windy. It’s hot. It’s cold. It’s miserable. It’s the desert spend a little more and live in a better area.

First.. why live in the desert if you live in OC or a more climate friendly area.. the desert sucks. There’s a reason why in your video there’s no grass it’s hotter than hell and then it gets cold and it’s also windy. It’s a miserable place to live ain’t worth it would never do it and I don’t suggest anybody else doing it either.

If anybody has half a brain out there, don’t dare move to Lake smell some more… This place is crime central… On top of that no poorly built track home is worth the crazy money they ask for them…

Between Sun City n Perris.. Meth makers I can say honestly.. The fumes affected my son n I years back n had pull off road due to we passed out. Able get help.. HOA..No But good luck

That last home reminds me A LOT of the Mexico modern homes architecture. Especially with that outside small courtyard. The stairs the bathrooms the kitchen everything. So nice!
