My acupuncturist schedules an appointment with me, but ends up seeing me an hour past appointment time quite often. i find this stressful because it delays the rest of the stuff i have to do for the day. I am almost on the verge of not seeing her anymore
I don’t smoke or drink. Been trying to get pregnant since December, no luck. Have no idea why it’s not happening, went to obgyn and was told I was 100% fine, ovaries and cervix is fine, papsmear was done.
What do you do if you already work hard at improving all these things & you still can't regulate your sleep? My brain does its own thing, & what it does is wake up twice a night & I'm up for hours. Next thing I know it's time to get up 😭
Thank you for this! Ive been feeling bettwr, craving less sweets and breads as well as sleeping better by taking beef organ supplements from heart and soil. I was skeptical at first, but after one bottle ive lost weight and sleep great. Praying it will help us get pregnant soon❤
I always wondered if that is why I lost my last three pregnancies. One was ectopic (had tubal reversal in 2016) I had a daughter after the tubal and was a surrogate for a couple in 2021. I had my ectopic losing the right tube, in 2023. Then, two months later had a chemical, and this February had another chemical. 9 pregnancies with losing the last three. I do have 3 teenagers and two under 12 but still wouldn't mind having another one. My doc said all my numbers looked good!
@@MarcSklarTheFertilityExpert Yes. I am working with my Endocrinologist on tapering off HC, but, no one guiding me on TTC. Cortisol 3.5; FSH 155, LH 59.9; DHEA-S 3; AMH 0.03. 46 y/o There is a chance of coming off, but I’m not 100 % sure of implications as it relates to conception.
I actually was just thinking this my adrenaline seems to spike out of nowhere now and it seems to drive my body into a tizzy. It’s so bizzare. This video is very timely and I’m very grateful for your knowledge thank you 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

One tip í always sleep with your head pointing North. Nowadays we are all displaced and unable to move easily.

Any words of wisdom for those with Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency & trying to taper steroids (HC) and regain adrenal function while TTC?
This can be challenging and I don't always see that you can come off completely. I assume you have someone guiding on through this.
