@@FertilityHomeopath Of course. You and your videos are so inspirational. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Watched it 5 times already. Do you teach? You are an amazing teacher! This is all sooo difficult and you make it so easy! Thank you Ingefleur!
Thank you so so much for this video!! My temps are lower than 97.00 one month then the next month they go above 97.00 just to ovulate. You're so helpful God has definitely blessed us with you!
NEVEEEEEER in my wildest dreams have I ever made the connection.. My cycles fluctuate according to my stress levels.. The happier I am, the more regular and 'normal' I feel. I do have cystic ovaries but at least there's something I can control. I know what I have to do now. Thank you so much! ❤️
Yes this video speaks to me soo much!! I have general anxiety, panic disorder, & OCD so it is really hard for me to calm down. I was on the pill for 13 years since I was 15, I went off back in July, a month before our wedding to TTC. Needless to say, it hasn't gone as planned. My chart is up down exactly just as the one in the video! I quit smoking 2 months ago because I actually got pregnant somehow, we assume I was about 3-4 weeks along so very early. I've been watching all of your videos the past few days & you truly make me feel better!! I think my body is just in so much shock right now that it doesn't know what to do!
Thanks to this video I went to check my TSH levels because I was having really low BBT (bellow 36.2.. sometimes 35.8). So my TSH result is: 5.91 !!! So, finally I discovered that I have Hypothyroidism (and that because of that I might had my miscarriage). Thanks Ingefleur for your amazing videos. I know you are having a brake now, but please don't forget us, WE NEED YOU!!!
I was told I have adrenal fatigue a few years back but never that it would affect my fertility and hormones. Just that it wasn’t good for me. Thank you for all your helpful info!! My chart is totally the Rocky Mountains. And my follicular phase temps are 95-96. I will definitely work on eliminating stress and getting this under control.
Unfortunately I have 2 auto immune diseases. Could steroid infusions I had in the past for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) treatment affect my fertility now? The treatments were 2 years ago. Edited to add- I think the fact that I had a traumatic childhood, was drinking a lot of caffeine, fat and a former smoker has more to do with the state of my health and fertility than the steroid treatments. That’s the least of my concerns🙄. I’m just going to continue on becoming healthy. I started therapy a few months ago to finally work through my childhood sexual abuse. I quit smoking 2 months-27 days- and 3 hours ago 😊 I started Keto this week and have been on a supplement regime for a little over a month. I guess I’m just reminding myself here that I can make changes in my life and I am. TTCing has really woke me up. I’ve been sleep for awhile now. Thank you for your videos. You just don’t know how much it means to me and I’m sure many others.
My DHEA is high but my other hormones are still doing okay. My DHEA sky rocketed after my recent miscarriage though which caused me to ovulate later this month. And I do have hypothyroidism with temps above 97. I cut out coffee the last 2 months, ashwagandha, rhodiola, l-theanine, gluten and sugar free, low carb, for my pcos/high insulin and going to sleep by 11pm at least. Everything has regulated a bit but what else can I do to lower DHEA?
Recently discovered your videos and now I'm a huge fan of yours! Your energy is so upbeat and lovely 😊❤ I also started temperature charting, thanks to your inspiration 😊
Hello please write me back 😩!! I had my DHEA-Sulfate COME BACK AS 444.2 with a range of 18-391 Last year at age 28 .. is this really bad ? My Dr didn’t seem concerned or wanted to test more ☹️Thanks so much for all your videos !! You are the best!
Oh my. I thought I was just a naturally cold person, my 1st half of my cycle when I worked was always between 35.7 and 36 and now it’s generally between 36.2 and 36.4. So it can sort itself is what you’re saying? Because I don’t feel cold anymore
Ohhhhhh I think this explains a lot! My temps are usually 97.2 at beginning but go down to 96 range until ovulation. And I’ve been ovulating on day 20 of a 31 day cycle. Will go have a panel done for thyroid. Thank you!!
I have hypothyroidism and TTC. I just started Synthroid for my thyroid. And started cutting out soy and minimizing gluten! Thanks for the video! I’m not sure what’s causing it

When you're talking about the temps being below 97 degrees F what part of the cycle are you talking about? Because my temps are below 97 degrees F when I'm in my foliculare phase and then it jumps up after I ovulate. So is there something wrong with my Thyroid? My temp was average 96.8 and then jumped to 97.9 after ovulation
Hi Ingefleur! I've watched so many of your videos and I love them very much but I didn't find anything about prolactin. Can high prolactin level show that one is under too much stress? Also, how does prolactin affect fertility? Could you maybe do a video about is, or show me if you already have one? :)
Hi! I have been obsessively watching your videos! I’m 30 and TTC. We haven’t been trying very long but I do think I have adrenal problems. I believe I surged twice, the second time being 6 days before my next period. What is the likelihood of getting pregnant on a late surge like mine? My husband is very baby crazy and negatives are very discouraging for me but more for him. I am working on getting healthy (losing weight, lowering stress) etc. Thank you for your videos!
How do I know what range my thyroid, cortisol, and pregnenolone are suppose to be? Is there someone you can recommend for me to go to in the US since you are on leave? I live in AZ. I have had a lot of trouble with hormonal imbalance. Drs just want to cover up the problem instead of fix it. I really need help!
That is interesting, but not something I can say anything about unless I take your full case unfortunately as this is more complex than oh this or that may be the reason.
How does this change if you already have hypothyroidism? I was diagnosed when I was a child, so it's something I've been on medication for for most of my life. It seems well controlled now but i'm not sure if that means I am more likely to develop this issue. This past month my temperatures were all over the place last month (not normal for me) and we did have quite a bit of stress early in the month. Am I more likely to develop this if I am already hypothyroid but controlled?
I have non classical adrenal hyperplasia (was on steroids about 10 years ago when first diagnosed and then stopped per the doctor). How does adrenal hyperplasia affect fertility? THANK YOU !!
First time watching her and I really like her. Question, Does anyone know how to balance sugar? Min 8:26 of this video. Any info on that topic. Thank you!
I have very high DHEAS....like double normal high value. High cortisol and cortisone byproducts but normal cortisol pattern. High androgens. What does that mean?
This can be caused by overworked adrenals. I had this too and ovaries were ok. I took saw palmetto and 2-4 cups of spearmint tea a day as well as phosphatidylserine, vitamin D3, mill thistle, DIM, omegas, Ubiquinol on top of my prenatal and my androgens reduced. Cutting out so much coffee and meditation helped with the adrenals. Have you been under a lot of stress or trauma in the past? That was my story and seemed to put me in a chronic state of fight or flight, anxiety, etc.. anyhow.. I wish you the best and hope this may help 😊🌈
@@PandaA-cv3mm Yes.....verbal and emotional abuse for about 4 years. Then left and all that was high stress/trauma. I also got melasma on my face during same time so thinking it's all related.
AGTC I am so very very sorry to hear this. You’re a miracle survivor. I had a very abusive relationship for ten years and then subsequent trauma as well. I also had melasma. It is definitely all related. Inflammation, high stress and constant fight or flight, high DHEA and androgens, high cortisol and prolactin at times. How do I chart with "crazy, broken" sleep? What is your definition of it? I am perimenopausal for a year, this month. I'm wanting to chart, yet sleep is "crazy and broken".
Could you please please make a video addressing low testosterone in women and how to boost it naturally? There is so little online about how to naturally boost testosterone in women. I'm high estrogen low progesterone and very low testosterone. But don't know what to do about the testosterone. Many thanks!!!
I love your videos.....You've mentioned low blood sugar as source of higher cortisol does it mean that may be intermittent fasting could be causing an increase in cortisol?
It jacked my cortisol through the the roof. I have done it time and time again wondering why it works for so many but not me. I couldn’t sleep and my anxiety went up. As soon as I stopped the fasting and started eating smaller meals in the day with more carbs my cortisol dropped much lower and my sleep came back. Go figure. Hope this helps 😊
@@PandaA-cv3mm I've been doing intermittent fasting for the last 1.5 months and noticed an increase in anxiety, but didn't make the connection until now that you've mentioned your experience. Thanks, Panda!
I did intermittent fasting for a couple years and think it probably isn't great for female hormonal health but it's the only thing I was able to stick to to lose weight...sucks.
What are the ranges of BBT before and after ovulation? I've read online that the below ranges are for pre and post-ovulation, but I see other people's charts outside those ranges. So should those ranges be the norm or does it depend on people. "Before ovulation, a woman's BBT averages between 36.1°C (97°F) and 36.4°C (97.5°F). After ovulation, it rises to 36.4°C (97.6°F) to 37°C (98.6°F). "
Today the doc said that my endometrium thickness is 22mm,i have a 24 days cycle,,whole month of January my period didn't arrive, got my period Feb. 2,it lasted 7 days, which is not normal to me,my normal is 5days,im 31 yrs.old,
Also she told my hyperplesia.. My period start again last March 22,2019 until now still bleeding, last wends(27th) when i peed there's suddenly ablood came out two big clots and today(29th) same i peed then big clots also came out
Do you get a lot of chin hair, etc.? If so you may also want to lower your androgens. Saw palmetto and 2-4 cups spearmint tea a day helped me a lot within 3 months. Also the phosphatidylserine for chronic anxiety and natural progesterone cream from day 14 til period. Adrenals can also produce male hormones causing the Pcos. Not always is it the ovaries. I had to learn this the hard way after seeing so many specialists and getting nowhere. This is an excellent station and Fleur is great. She’s helped me a lot. My DHEA and Pcos balanced after doing this and upping vitamin D and taking good Omega oils. Hope this helps 🙏😊
I don’t understand it, but I am about to throw away everything I own as far as tests and even some other not related items! My follicles are trapped in my ovaries and don’t get estrogen in & mature, or leave my ovaries! I had ewcm for three days and cramping and all the pains of ovulation. What is the point of having any of it in there?!
I ovulate usually three days after my period and I read some things about how that the egg wont be fully developed so that’s a problem. Absolutely love all your videos, they are very insightful and helpful. And I’m very excited to see your bump grow:)
I love your channel! Thank you for all the information, it’s very useful. I donated my left kidney, do you think my left adrenal gland was effected? Also can you make a video on fertility and the Keto diet... there is so much buzz about the keto diet I am not sure how this effects fertility. I heard it helps women with pcos, but I don’t have that. Thank you. Again your videos are amazing ❤️
Good question, I'm sure it affected your adrenal gland yes (and what a hero you are for donating your kidney!!!!) so taking good care of your adrenal health is a good idea. Keto diet, yes I might do one on it, it's not my favorite topic as I'm not a real fan of it, but it's been asked a lot so maybe I should do it haha :D
Keto and intermittent fasting really hurt me and my cortisol and anxiety/heart rate went through he roof. As soon as I went back to small meals throughout the day with good fats like avocados and olive oil and good carbs like sweet potatoes and some brown rice here and there I felt much better. Everybody is different and some do so well on keto but I just wanted to put this out there. I also have a friend who had to be hospitalised as her heart rate was so high even with supplementing the electrolytes as recommended. I think that people with adrenal issues should stay away from both of these and focus on balanced and stable meals that help insulin stay regulated. Cutting out sugar is a must though. This is a wonderful channel. Hope you are well. 😊🌈
Like this road to conceive it’s so stressful! Almost 1 year of trying nada, zero... All my previous doctor they did told me i have pcos but when i did took a new obgn when ran a lot of test to see whats going on so i have i low ovarian reserve i did two AMH test one was 0,75 and the second 1,25 both they are so low but when you see my ovaries they have a lot of follicules. So like i dont understand what the heck... The obgn told me my only option are to take big shot of hormones and i dont like hormones!!! So im stuck...
I went off steroids for NKS cold turkey last month after a failed FET. I was told I was meant to ween myself off, but I was so annoyed. I have been feeling so unwell since then, depressed/lack of energy, just all round yuuukkkk inside & our... could it be due to my adrenal glands going into shock? Thanks 😀
Mrs Oneplustenangels sorry to hear you failed also. I am feeling very unhappy but not sure if it’s due to the steroids or my failed FET. If it was steroid induced will it get better by itself? Once my adrenals settle or do I need medical intervention.
Oh poor you! Yeah I think your adrenals are shocked. I went off steroids cold turkey too 8 years ago, in fact at the same time as all pain medication, contraceptives and anti-histamines, so I like it when others just do it like that too haha eventhough yeah, no... it's not adviced hehe. I doubt you need medical intervention, however definitely care for your adrenals now, and see if you can find a homeopath to help you detox the steroids.

What is your recommendation, I have a high level of Dhea around 534 and it is too high, have to fibroid in my PCOS? I m single not married
I tested my Progesterone today and it was .02!
Very informative video..
I haven’t been able to get pregnant for over a year, but I think it’s due to hormonal imbalance. What causes women to ovulating to early
I ovulate usually three days after my period and I read some things about how that the egg wont be fully developed so that’s a problem.
Absolutely love all your videos, they are very insightful and helpful. And I’m very excited to see your bump grow:)
What about high dheas? Still bought on by stress?
Thank you. I think I’ve just found the missing link
What about an overactive thyroid?
Please make video on how to lower dheas
Like this road to conceive it’s so stressful!
Almost 1 year of trying nada, zero...
All my previous doctor they did told me i have pcos but when i did took a new obgn when ran a lot of test to see whats going on so i have i low ovarian reserve i did two AMH test one was 0,75 and the second 1,25 both they are so low but when you see my ovaries they have a lot of follicules.
So like i dont understand what the heck...
The obgn told me my only option are to take big shot of hormones and i dont like hormones!!! So im stuck...
Look up DHEA
Thanks a lot for the video!

Think worthy!
“If you are cold and fat and tired” LMAO 😂
Can having one kidney and a adrenal mess with fertility?
I went off steroids for NKS cold turkey last month after a failed FET. I was told I was meant to ween myself off, but I was so annoyed. I have been feeling so unwell since then, depressed/lack of energy, just all round yuuukkkk inside & our... could it be due to my adrenal glands going into shock? Thanks 😀
With steroids you need to slowly up dose, and slowly wean off to avoid mental issues....I tried during one pregnancy, a fail too.
Fertility Homeopath thank you so much for your help. I infertility sucks. But people like you and your channel make it easier. X
