I quit my job (childcare director) to address this issue and I am currently on a long vacation in Bali. I arrived to the point where even just an email or a message scared the hell out of me and I’d had those waves of anxiety rushing through my body. I am taking supplements to reduce and balance stress and really focusing on eating three healthy meal every day now. Hopefully it will work :)

Yes this video speaks to me soo much!! I have general anxiety, panic disorder, & OCD so it is really hard for me to calm down. I was on the pill for 13 years since I was 15, I went off back in July, a month before our wedding to TTC. Needless to say, it hasn't gone as planned. My chart is up down exactly just as the one in the video! I quit smoking 2 months ago because I actually got pregnant somehow, we assume I was about 3-4 weeks along so very early. I've been watching all of your videos the past few days & you truly make me feel better!! I think my body is just in so much shock right now that it doesn't know what to do!

Unfortunately I have 2 auto immune diseases. Could steroid infusions I had in the past for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) treatment affect my fertility now? The treatments were 2 years ago.
Edited to add- I think the fact that I had a traumatic childhood, was drinking a lot of caffeine, fat and a former smoker has more to do with the state of my health and fertility than the steroid treatments. That’s the least of my concerns🙄. I’m just going to continue on becoming healthy. I started therapy a few months ago to finally work through my childhood sexual abuse. I quit smoking 2 months-27 days- and 3 hours ago 😊 I started Keto this week and have been on a supplement regime for a little over a month. I guess I’m just reminding myself here that I can make changes in my life and I am. TTCing has really woke me up. I’ve been sleep for awhile now.
Thank you for your videos. You just don’t know how much it means to me and I’m sure many others.

My DHEA is high but my other hormones are still doing okay. My DHEA sky rocketed after my recent miscarriage though which caused me to ovulate later this month. And I do have hypothyroidism with temps above 97. I cut out coffee the last 2 months, ashwagandha, rhodiola, l-theanine, gluten and sugar free, low carb, for my pcos/high insulin and going to sleep by 11pm at least. Everything has regulated a bit but what else can I do to lower DHEA?

When you're talking about the temps being below 97 degrees F what part of the cycle are you talking about? How does this change if you already have hypothyroidism? I was diagnosed when I was a child, so it's something I've been on medication for for most of my life. It seems well controlled now but i'm not sure if that means I am more likely to develop this issue. This past month my temperatures were all over the place last month (not normal for me) and we did have quite a bit of stress early in the month. Am I more likely to develop this if I am already hypothyroid but controlled?

This can be caused by overworked adrenals. I had this too and ovaries were ok. I took saw palmetto and 2-4 cups of spearmint tea a day as well as phosphatidylserine, vitamin D3, mill thistle, DIM, omegas, Ubiquinol on top of my prenatal and my androgens reduced. Cutting out so much coffee and meditation helped with the adrenals. Have you been under a lot of stress or trauma in the past? That was my story and seemed to put me in a chronic state of fight or flight, anxiety, etc.. anyhow.. I wish you the best and hope this may help 😊🌈

What are the ranges of BBT before and after ovulation? I've read online that the below ranges are for pre and post-ovulation, but I see other people's charts outside those ranges. So should those ranges be the norm or does it depend on people. "Before ovulation, a woman's BBT averages between 36.1°C (97°F) and 36.4°C (97.5°F). After ovulation, it rises to 36.4°C (97.6°F) to 37°C (98.6°F). "

Do you get a lot of chin hair, etc.? If so you may also want to lower your androgens. Saw palmetto and 2-4 cups spearmint tea a day helped me a lot within 3 months. Also the phosphatidylserine for chronic anxiety and natural progesterone cream from day 14 til period. Adrenals can also produce male hormones causing the Pcos. Not always is it the ovaries. I had to learn this the hard way after seeing so many specialists and getting nowhere. This is an excellent station and Fleur is great. She’s helped me a lot. My DHEA and Pcos balanced after doing this and upping vitamin D and taking good Omega oils. Hope this helps 🙏😊

Keto and intermittent fasting really hurt me and my cortisol and anxiety/heart rate went through he roof. As soon as I went back to small meals throughout the day with good fats like avocados and olive oil and good carbs like sweet potatoes and some brown rice here and there I felt much better. Everybody is different and some do so well on keto but I just wanted to put this out there. I also have a friend who had to be hospitalised as her heart rate was so high even with supplementing the electrolytes as recommended. I think that people with adrenal issues should stay away from both of these and focus on balanced and stable meals that help insulin stay regulated. Cutting out sugar is a must though. This is a wonderful channel. Hope you are well. 😊🌈

Like this road to conceive it’s so stressful!
Almost 1 year of trying nada, zero...
All my previous doctor they did told me i have pcos but when i did took a new obgn when ran a lot of test to see whats going on so i have i low ovarian reserve i did two AMH test one was 0,75 and the second 1,25 both they are so low but when you see my ovaries they have a lot of follicules.
So like i dont understand what the heck...
The obgn told me my only option are to take big shot of hormones and i dont like hormones!!! So im stuck...

Can having one kidney and a adrenal mess with fertility?

I went off steroids for NKS cold turkey last month after a failed FET. I was told I was meant to ween myself off, but I was so annoyed. I have been feeling so unwell since then, depressed/lack of energy, just all round yuuukkkk inside & our... could it be due to my adrenal glands going into shock? Thanks 😀

With steroids you need to slowly up dose, and slowly wean off to avoid mental issues....I tried during one pregnancy, a fail too.

Mrs Oneplustenangels sorry to hear you failed also. I am feeling very unhappy but not sure if it’s due to the steroids or my failed FET. If it was steroid induced will it get better by itself? Once my adrenals settle or do I need medical intervention.

Oh poor you! Yeah I think your adrenals are shocked. I went off steroids cold turkey too 8 years ago, in fact at the same time as all pain medication, contraceptives and anti-histamines, so I like it when others just do it like that too haha eventhough yeah, no... it's not adviced hehe. I doubt you need medical intervention, however definitely care for your adrenals now, and see if you can find a homeopath to help you detox the steroids.
