Fokker E.III replica - Hahnweide Airshow 2016

I wish i would have more and better videos of this intresting replica Fokker E.III "Eindecker" that flown first in 2015. While the original plane from 1914 had an Rotary engine this one has a modern radial engine Rotec 2800 with 100 hp. At the Hahnweide Airshow 2016 it was flown together with Mikael Carlson and his Fokker Dr.1 "Dreidecker"

Pretty brave guy flying the Eindekker. Even with a few modifications it’s a dangerous machine. No dihedral and no fixed tail surfaces makes for a very twitchy and unstable aircraft.
