I actually waited to see if you were going to show how the piston seal pulls back the piston when the brake is released and see if you were going to animate that correctly. I was actually impressed...good work, good vid.

Nice. I liked the detail of the seal pulling the pistons back. I don't think most people realize that is happening.

This was more helpful than any other videos I've watched! Thanks!

Exactly, it is the piston seal(s) that pulls the piston back into the caliper when the foot is off the brake.

I like your video. It is not a rocket science but his presentation is really very nice.

Hello Bartosz......... gr8 video..... which software u had use.......In Pro E, I can/might have use 3D contact with friction characteristics for brake pads...... But i wonder how u had simulated the brake oil sooo perfectly........ can that thing is achievable in Creo/ Pro E.... Thanks.....

I find it weird that Daft Punk is playing in the back round.

It isn't exactly rocket science, you know. :P This is a good demonstration though.

    11 nov 2019 11:40 am est:thanks
11 nov 2019 12:4 pm est: 0:29 if inner-right-piston push stronger than inner-left-piston then brake-disc maybe bent. so maybe 1-piston-brake-caliper less likely bend brake-disc...

I'm going to get trolled. If you have no understanding of or respect for what I'm saying here. The animation is (soi-meme) consummate, but conveys only the momentary aerodynamic event of disc-brake contact. What I was looking for, as a student learning car repair for the first time (while living in a major city where mass transit is a better everyday call than owning a car, so I do the former and not the latter while planning a different lifestyle in future), was a portrayal of how a disc brake responds to the transmission of a driver's pressure to the brake pedal: the life-cycle of the entire communication. In and of itself, how does this video differ from Dire Straits' "Money For Nothing" (which also at least pars Daft Punk)? Compare it to this: ruclips.net/video/6BCgl2uumlI/видео.html
