This add-on is just gorgeous! I mean, sure, archicad probably has mode options for a furniture, but blender and this add-on is not only free, but are more flexible then archicad, so that's just so nice!
This is amazing! Thank you very much for this tutorial but I just have 1 question; everytime I try to place a cabinet… it snaps it to the outside of my wall, how can I fix this? Thank you again :)
Go to the properties and move it somewhere in the middle of the room and then flip the z value to 180. The walls are supposed to be laid in a specific order to get the interior exterior difference
i have a problem with that program, because not working when select product, just working walls and current room,i dont know the reason is blender close when select product, please can you try help in my problem
that's quite useful , I have known this addon since 2 or more years ago but it was a complete build which is not my favorite type of scenoario , I like to go with addons barely if not vanilla blender
True, for someone above beginners level add-ons like this might put a limitation on their work. However, I think for a beginner This one with archimesh and other similar tools can help producing something nice while taking your time understanding interior design basics.
Hi sir thank you for this amazing assets, but I got an error please help When I select and drag the assets into the scean I got the below error Python: Traceback turn off(most recent call last)m Fill “C:\\(my pc location) AttributeError: ‘NoneType’ object has no attribute ‘name’
I tried The home builder on both blender 3.4v and 3.51v, so if you're running on old version try to up-date. Or delete and reinstall the add-on then updated it as shown in the video. I don't have any affiliation with the author but you can contact him directly if the problem still happened from the links in the description.
Andrew peel of course he is the same guy that creates fluid designer program based entirely based on blender API. AWESOME.

You missed off, what is in my opinion, the most important part of Home Builder. How to produce 2D elevations and plans?
Those features still not here yet, so maybe once they drop the new update and you can read about it on the download page.
Excellent addon.
Thanks for the tutorial chat.

It's better to check back with the author links in the description
Can we keyframe the actions? (Door/cabinet opening closing etc)
Not to my knowledge no, maybe in the upcoming updates. Like the main menu with the walls parameters can be keyframed, but the door parameters is not.
@@architecturetopics Alright, if that happens, it'll be game changer
Nice video
Next anime style hdri n environment plz
I will share something related to that in my next video, stay tuned!
