I’m at my wits end, my 1st bloods was 1.97, second was 8.9 n third 8.85
If you are talking about TRT, then dropping the exogenous testosterone will almost certainly cause your T levels to crater again. I've done it. I went on injections, then tried a pile of "natural" approaches to "get back your T, naturally!" I leveled down over months and adjusted everything else at the same time. The results speak for themselves: I lost about 70% of my free and total T, and I felt it. So did the people around me - irascibility (grumpiness) and low energy is a sign of low-T. I am now back on the T, and the mend. I have confirmed this is a "for life" thing for me. I don't know how NHS works, but here in the states my insurance covers TRT and I pay about $10/month. It's considered a chronic condition here. Sounds like NHS treats hypogonadism as a cold, meaning they think it goes away in a few weeks? Cheap bastards.
Rhinoplasty is usually the only fix for that. If it’s obstructing your airway to enough of a degree a doctor can help you get the surgery covered as medically necessary.
I swear I started losing hair on that, and put on a little weight. (caveat - I don't workout, so I think that is an important different with Tongkat Ali)
These are the supplements I'm currently on. My last blood test showed my testosterone went up 300 pts from my last test. In combination with clean diet and exercise.
I dealt with low testosterone for a long time. It was always low 200s, sometimes lower. I could temporarily get it up using a variety of supplements. Tongkat Ali, fidogia agrestis, boron, zinc, vitaman d...etc. got it up to the mid 400s. Unfortunately the supplemets stopped working... even when I stopped the supplement for awhile then would go back to them. I didnt feel great. I tried this for years with different training and different diets. I never felt that good. Finally I bit the bullet and went on Trt which has made a difference but finding the dosage has been a long time too. I started with a 150 mg of cypionate a week which brought my levels into the 500s...and i felt worse. Upped it a few times and am currently on 200 a week which gets my test levels in the mid 900s. I feel much better. I feel the levels from exogenous testosterone need to be higher than endogenous for them to work similarly. I feel it has to do with the signaling pathways. Endogenous production is pulsatile and releases as it is needed and i imagine receptors are modulated through a variety of pathways allowing for greater uptake, whereas exogenous administration just allows there to always be a steady state so thoughs pathways may not be regulated the same way so you need more to get the same results.
It's different for everyone. I started at 200mgs per week, that took me over 2000 total T. Couldn't sleep, horrible anxiety, ect. It took me a year, but now down to 98mgs and that puts me at about 1000-1100. I inject everyday and also take about 5mgs of pregnenolone and 5mgs of Dhea. I guess I'm a hyper-responder. I think it is the androgen receptors being more sensitive in some guys more than others.
low testo is no good but neither is super high testo. it makes you ego blow up and it can make you super aggressive and confrontational and put your sexdrive into overdrive so you have to knock one out 3 times per day and get a hardon every time a girl is near you. in short it can turn you into an animal.
Are you sure you're not conflating times of low-fat with low-fibre? When i eat no fibre + high amounts of fat/cholesterol (raw eggs) i get a little bit Genghis Khan.
Do eggs have a lot of testosterone???? I notice when I eat them I bloat and I thought it was from high estrogen in them, didn't realize it was testosterone, wow!
@@bannanaization eggs are not estrogenic lol. they are very much androgenic. cholesterol, choline, vitamin k2 in the yolks. every man should be eating 3 a day.
Surprised to know Thomas' testosterone levels are on the lower side; I am the same and have been attributing my inability to gain much muscle mainly to that reason. Now that I know that someone as built as Thomas has similar levels of testosterone as me, it must be genetics or some other reason being the main factor, not low testosterone!
Your T levels are high 300s?!? Seriously? If you're willing to talk more about your levels I'm sure a lot of people would benefit from it. That sounds like it's on the low side to me.. but obviously you're able to achieve a stellar physique still...

Hey I was correct on sun shine awesome thanks 🙏 lol wooooo
So it’s okay to have Mayo? Just do more leg work … got it.
Good sad Batman impression
For it was going zero carb
Snoring 💤 is an issue lmao 🤣 broken nose 👃 many times .It’s a issue
Rhinoplasty is usually the only fix for that. If it’s obstructing your airway to enough of a degree a doctor can help you get the surgery covered as medically necessary.
Mines too but I’m still sparring and boxing so I don’t think it would benefit to get surgery because it’ll keep messing up
Paul stack commercials are getting annoying 😅😅😅
Tongkat Ali + Maca does amazing
Hard to find a good tongkat Ali supplier, some say Malaysian is better, some say Indonesian is better and Malaysian doesn't work etc. confusing
When I was consuming a cacoa with maca hot chocolate with honey my libido went crazy!
Marketing nonsense. Show us the scientific evidence.
"Not enough sunlight" - Well fellow Scandinavians, we are sooo fucked.
Vitamin D supplements for life.
How was your Rbc count?
It's different for everyone. I started at 200mgs per week, that took me over 2000 total T. Couldn't sleep, horrible anxiety, ect. It took me a year, but now down to 98mgs and that puts me at about 1000-1100. I inject everyday and also take about 5mgs of pregnenolone and 5mgs of Dhea. I guess I'm a hyper-responder. I think it is the androgen receptors being more sensitive in some guys more than others.
Do you drink water from soft plastic bottles (like Evian)? For me, stopping that made a huge difference.
low testo is no good but neither is super high testo. it makes you ego blow up and it can make you super aggressive and confrontational and put your sexdrive into overdrive so you have to knock one out 3 times per day and get a hardon every time a girl is near you. in short it can turn you into an animal.
Testosterone and basically all the sex hormones are made with cholesterol. Ofc if you consume dietary cholesterol, testosterone will go up as well.
Mental health and sex are the 2 subjects few people want to talk about seriously, but I'd bet that they're responsible for most health problems.
If you dont use it you lose it. Good to know.
25.000 steps? You have time to walk over 4 hours a day?
Are you sure you're not conflating times of low-fat with low-fibre? When i eat no fibre + high amounts of fat/cholesterol (raw eggs) i get a little bit Genghis Khan.
Do eggs have a lot of testosterone???? I notice when I eat them I bloat and I thought it was from high estrogen in them, didn't realize it was testosterone, wow!
They are estrogenic. Especially low quality eggs. PUFAs are estrogenic
@@bannanaization eggs are not estrogenic lol. they are very much androgenic. cholesterol, choline, vitamin k2 in the yolks. every man should be eating 3 a day.
@@gschaaf713 unfortunately you happen to be wrong. PUFAs themselves are literally estrogenic. Eggs wont boost your testosterone
Still not sure why theres a can of tuna on the thumbnail.
And you tend to overtrain. If he would scale back his training and recover his natural hormones would enhance
Likely diet and training are the culprits.
What the holy hell is going on ? All the sudden all the fitness people have casually started to mention lowfat ??
Im 65 and had my test checked, just out of curiosity. The results were 620, but Im so funny looking I think I'd rather have 200!
😆
Your T levels are high 300s?!? Seriously? If you're willing to talk more about your levels I'm sure a lot of people would benefit from it. That sounds like it's on the low side to me.. but obviously you're able to achieve a stellar physique still...
You right - it wasn’t fibre per say , 😵💫
Enough with a myth of fibre people, cmon already! Really 🙄🙄
Yet psyllium also worked, not just flax.
or, you're getting older? could be genetics? what's your family history? so many variables. we don't know your personal life. stress?
Age doesn’t cause testosterone to drop that’s a myth. The biggest cope on the planet. “I’m 50 that’s why I suck at life”.
Carnivores on the diet for at least 6 months has been shown to have the most Superior microbiome
In my case, carnivore destroyed my microbiome and tanked my testosterone
@@sethtphillips This sounds accurate. From what I can tell "mostly" carnivore with some fiber is probably a good idea. I've started incorporating glucomannan (shiitake noodles.)
Well that got weird.
Like just for thumbnail!
Steroids tanked you natty test
👍🏼
interesting how andrew tate looks so young (besides being bald) when he is the same age as u. not saying u look old lol. from what i know he intermittent fasts daily , most of what he eats is meat and he does a bunch of cardio through fighting and also lifts weights
At has facial bloat.
better you do interview with Anthony Chaffe
Already have
WTF Your Testosteron is about 300 ? Maybe gain a Little more fat or make some changes ASAP
The sex isn’t such an easy problem to solve
If you can't love yourself how in the hell you gonna love somebody else
If you were " having increase in your testosterone," that would mean you were doing blood work. Show us.
I’ve done it a bunch here on RUclips and also on IG
@@ThomasDeLauerOfficialIt's a real pain to try to find it, if you could just include some numbers in your videos like this one it would be very helpful. Thanks.
The study suggests that going beyond 14,770 steps isn't likely to produce any meaningful benefits.
That seems pretty arbitrary.
@@CarbageMan It would literally be the exact opposite of arbitrary. It's a finding.
@@nancyj795 The reason 14,770 is arbitrary is that it's an aggregation, meaning that for only a few remarkable individuals in some relatively rare situations would that exact figure apply. I guess you don't understand statistics.
@@CarbageMan By definition, anyone who can get to 14,770 regularly is one those people. The average person takes about 4,500 steps per day. School starts in September - be there.
@@nancyj795 Once more, you don't understand statistics, and you've introduced additional misunderstandings by following up. Collect your Dunning-Kruger award.
It shouldn't even matter to you "Nancy." I'm going to guess you don't worry much about your testosterone being high enough. 🙄
PS: 1D10T award winner muted.
Zero reason for fiber to effect it ancestrally.
Who cares. Shitting rules and dropping rabbit turds is for weak sauce people. I drop logs so large I take pictures of them with pride.
You may want to consult Dr Robert Lustig. He'd beg to differ, based on the effects on the microbiome.
@@CarbageMan he can beg to differ all he wants. When I drop two monster hammers I know my body feels better regardless what any doctor says.
@@ronburgandy3339 The OP said "zero reason." His research has reasons.
PS: Your response also cleverly avoided the topic. I feel great when I (eat meat) too. Show me where the topic was not eating meat.

The fuck
Jesus is the only the way,he is coming back be ready ❤❤❤❤
I smell TRT soon
The Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day (1 CORINTHIANS 15:1-4 KJB). Jesus shed His blood for our sins (COLOSSIANS 1:14 KJB). All have sinned (ROMANS 3:23 KJB). Getting water baptized DOESN'T save us (1 CORINTHIANS 1:17 KJB). We are saved by grace through faith, not works (EPHESIANS 2:8-9 KJB). Only Jesus saves from hell
You'll never change peoples heart over the internet
Jesus never existed. You believe in plagiarized fairy tales.
All hail lord Thomas
Makes no sense, Jesus said he didn't even know when the hour was, therefore he cannot be God, hence why Christians claim Jesus was joking / lying.
@@JJ_Adventures how do you know this? Do you represent all people?
The number one thing you've shown me
1. NEVER HAVE KIDS AND A WIFE
2. Dude. I know aging is a thing, but you're looking like a fit grandpa ever since you had them.
3. That and dont work out all the time... it ages you. I was sedentary for years, looked 10 years younger. Started doing mild exercise and i aged 10 years. Im sure ill adapt but just being fitnis enough. All you dudes that have 30ninch arms look 20 years older.
And i know you run successful businesses sonits not just the kids but they definitely ruined you
Ive been watching you for wayblinger than you had them. It was like warching Disney stock in person form.
