I am currently taking magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate and the dreams ended. I will try the L-Threonate again. The hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenals and gonads are the determining glands. Not the thyroid.

As someone who turns 49 this month and just had blood work done 8 days ago (June 3, 2024), I can say for myself (6'2" Caucasian American male weighing 200 pounds) that all of these recommendations work and are what I did for the last 2 years (squatting and deadlifting for 2 years so far) or longer (whole eggs for about 4 years now, taking sleep seriously for over 7 years, walking, sun, and sex obviously for decades). My testosterone as measured in my bloodwork (taken at 10am after fasting about 17 hours)... 377 ng/dL. That's more than double the "minimum healthy level", and one third that of an 18 year old male in near-peak condition. (Did not measure free testosterone levels, would be curious what those are because you can double that with proper nutrition and activity levels which effectively means "double" the blood test measurement as far as efficacy is concerned). Because I refuse to use drugs (of any kind, unless medically necessary as determined by my physician)... I won't ever know what it's like to have the superhuman levels that people who use Trenbolone have, or even people who "blast test" at 200-500mg for 2 or 3 doses a week. But I can say for sure that my lifestyle is not only active and filled with cardio (volleyball several hours per week) and resistance training (3-5 days per week, depending on intensity and volume and recovery time)... but is also sustainable in all but the most extreme cases. Of course, I don't drink alcohol, and that's a big deal. Thomas has a *LOT* of content that covers the destruction of testosterone levels by consuming alcohol. It was quite literally the leading cause of impotence before the processed foods era destroyed us with insulin resistance and all the associated horrors.
