    A little tip for REM sleep: occasionally switch your alarm off before bed! REM sleep mainly occurs in the latter half of the night and morning. You know when you're in what feels like the deepest sleep and dreaming, THEN your alarm goes off? Yeah, that's why you should occasionally switch your alarm off!

    This sounds like a non sequitur. Do people walk more because they have more testosterone, so they're stronger and can walk more? Or does walking more create more testosterone? You skipped over the difference in these two situations.

    When I took Life Extension Magnesium L-Threonate Magtein I had vivid dreams 100% of the nights. It is possible that it aids REM sleep. I am currently taking magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate and the dreams ended. I will try the L-Threonate again. I also tried L-Threonate without it being Magtein because it was cheaper and no dreams. Walking 6 miles a day had a dramatic effect on my testosterone. It was 2 1-hour walks. Sack got bigger, I lasted longer, and hair started falling out.

    Don't forget that also being at maintenance or surplus increase test, especially on a surplus with tons of fats from whole foods, and be between 12% to like 16% of bodyfat. Thanks for the video.

    There is an age when you should consider talking to your doctor if you have stacked good habits over time and still find yourself symptomatic. For me it was 52.

    Cool tips thank you! IMO on first listen I would be wary of squatting past failure every day. With very low volumes may be okay and I assume that’s implied, but if SFR gets too high with daily amounts pushing you past MRV I would expect cortisol to rise. Bring catabolic id expect it to counter any benefits re: hypertrophy if that’s the goal of slightly higher Tess post squat

    If you are having low t symptoms and eating healthy get your hormones checked. You can do all this and do it right and still have underlying health issues. HrT is not steroids. The distinction is important.

      @truthx7 trt might use testosterone, but it's not nearly at the level of anabolic steroid abuse. Stop demonizing medication. It's childish. If you have low t symptoms, get checked. It's simple as that. Trt/hrt is to put hormones back to adequate ranges. Anyone who thinks Trt and hrt are the same as steroid abuse is wrong. Good day!

    Sex itself doesn't increase T. It's the ritual, the act of seduction, meeting someone, talking to them, wondering if they are interested, flirting and then being successful, as in achieving sex, that does it.

      What diminishes testosterone though is being rejected, losing partners, etc. Winners can keep winning and losers can lose even harder, it's unfortunate the gambit, because once the winners actually settle on that person in this marriage averse world they will likely be let down hard.       Try taking the vitamin k2 mk7 version along with magnesium glycinate and omega 3 or cod liver oil (since it’s a fat soluble vitamin and it needs fat to be absorbed more efficiently).

    finally a testosterone level video with truth. your testicles are where testosterone is produced, they dangle outside of the mass of your core; they require sunlight. Red light therapy to your testosterone producers is a game changer, biggest life hack improvement i've ever tried, noticeable the day of, its what i imagine it feels like injecting yourself with testosterone must feel like- except you don't have to resort to a needle and you can let your body produce the hormone with a boost from the near infrared red light lamp.       @@PapaJoJ the one I got on amazon looks like the "LifePro InfraGlow NIR & Red Light Therapy Lamp " i dont think the exact one i have is this, but it looks exactly the same, go with one with a bunch of reviewers saying it helps their wrists or whatever they are tryiing red light therapy for. i tell all my friends and family about it , and it works for all whove tried it, ya just have to light up your balls

      i eat 4-5 large eggs per day for dinner in a omelet with 50g of bacon added. Thats 30g of protein just in the eggs and with lots of good cholesterol in both the eggs and from the bacon that is high in fat.

    The best thing for testosterone production is early nights. You get a much deeper sleep the earlier you go to bed. Also you need to drink more water and eat way more carbohydrates and eat a low-fat diet also soaking in the sun as much as possible, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

    Only the sleep one is just escaping me right now. Watched somewhere that saturated fat is also needed and regulates thyroid function for hormone production like for testosterone, although i keep away from it. And avoid broccoli and cruciferous veg because they damage the thyroid, but idc about that, i'll just take my iodine and move on with my day

      The amount of cruciferous vegetables needed to cause interference in thyroid function is extremely high. You’d need to only eat those and be overeating. Unless you already have a form of thyroiditis or hypothyroidism.
      Anyway, how are you associating thyroid function with testosterone production? 🤔

      @@jahlasam thyroid function affects the metabolism of almost every type of cell in our body, but it’s fluctuation in function is far from having noticeable changes in testosterone secretion. The adrenal glands, more specifically the fascicular cells inside the zona fasciculata convert cholesterol to pregnenolone, and then this is used to make DHEA, which then is converted to androstenedione and is sent to the testicles where it is finally converted to testosterone. The hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenals and gonads are the determining glands. Not the thyroid.

    I always hear "cut out the alcohol". I had the most lucid dreams in the college days right before waking up to a hangover! lol But I was usually fully rested and ready for the gym.
    Now that I'm older and haven't been partying for almost 2 decades, I'm lucky if I get even get 4hrs of sleep let alone REM sleep.

    As someone who turns 49 this month and just had blood work done 8 days ago (June 3, 2024), I can say for myself (6'2" Caucasian American male weighing 200 pounds) that all of these recommendations work and are what I did for the last 2 years (squatting and deadlifting for 2 years so far) or longer (whole eggs for about 4 years now, taking sleep seriously for over 7 years, walking, sun, and sex obviously for decades).
    My testosterone as measured in my bloodwork (taken at 10am after fasting about 17 hours)... 377 ng/dL.
    That's more than double the "minimum healthy level", and one third that of an 18 year old male in near-peak condition. (Did not measure free testosterone levels, would be curious what those are because you can double that with proper nutrition and activity levels which effectively means "double" the blood test measurement as far as efficacy is concerned).
    Because I refuse to use drugs (of any kind, unless medically necessary as determined by my physician)... I won't ever know what it's like to have the superhuman levels that people who use Trenbolone have, or even people who "blast test" at 200-500mg for 2 or 3 doses a week. It was quite literally the leading cause of impotence before the processed foods era destroyed us with insulin resistance and all the associated horrors.
    This is a great video, and I'm glad to see a lot of positive comments just 1 hour after its release. A few not so positive, but of course they have no real data to back up their negative comments so we disregard/block those types 😊💪

    No fap does, in fact, increase your testosterone, strength, and energy. HOWEVER, it peaks at around the 30 to 40-day mark. At which time you should reset and start again.

    Regardless of the tests, not having sex definitely does something the extra aggression is definitely there and I hit the gym way harder when no fucking all the time. Idk maybe I’m just crazy.
