I haven't played apex since season 12 and it's bad that I'm still hearing the same exact complaints that I heard years ago, respawn has never been one to innovate or try crazy changes with the game or really listen to much of the community, I don't see myself ever coming back to the game if the same issues from 3 years ago are still prevalent
There was this period between 4-13 where they were genuinely developing the game and changing things for the better. The community was alive and the problems were still there but the game was still fun. Nowadays theres no communication or real development being made- the shop is getting more updates than the game. The problems from before are still present and overall it feels like the community is just being disrespected by the dev team. No matter how much I loved apex at one time, i have more respect for my time than to keep giving it to a game that doesn’t love you back.
depends man, I really fell in love with this game & it's core mechanics and I'm a very competitive person. Personally I'm not gonna quit I need to be constantly bettering myself(its just how my brain works). But i understand people leaving. This game is my main game and has been for years. If you aren't rlly in love with a game/what its become then why put so much effort into it. I dont think season 23 will feel any different from this season, but I heard there's going to be an actual Titanfall LTM. Also I'm looking forward to the eventual rerelease of Arenas.
I think its okay to stop playing a game every once in a while. Play games you enjoy and if you stop enjoying it play something else. Games don't need to be "hype" to be enjoyable.
Yes you should, rn apex just have 3 thing, Cheaters, Sweats stacks, and a lil bit of casuals trying their best to stay good with mental healthy while they are mol3st3d by the other 2 options

I play ranked a lot solo Q and so many of my teammates are so negative. Everyone seems upset when they play
