  • This is my 130" wheelbase Ford E-Transit build for HVAC service and maintenance.
I don't have everything done yet, but it's 90% there. Most of the build is Ranger Design, with Weather Guard boxes. The WeatherGuard boxes are great, but their warranty support is terrible. I would have rather had any other brand, but these are what I found used for cheap.
Ranger Design shelves are great, but their partition is awful. It sticks back too far, and the partition has gaps at the top of the B-pillars. I don't think there's any partition that is as quiet, and well fit as the factory Sprinter partition. Driving a sprinter with that partition is like driving a car that happens to have tools in the back.
I recommend using a threadlocker when you assemble the refrigerant rack, as they can vibrate apart. I also would.
If there's interest, I can go through my tools in depth, but this is mostly about how I setup the van.
