The wifey rode in my van the other day,and said how do you stand all the rattling and banging noise from the back, i said this is how it is. running service for over 43 yrs and i love our life style
My 2018 ford transit 150 is very quite had a friend from church build a box to carry all my tanks, If could figure out how to post a picture how my van looks I would. i hate rattles
My newest Transit 250 I went to great pains to keep noise at bay and it's still somewhat noisy. Guess it's just the way it is still way way better than a truck
@@AVR-hf1rl yeah, definitely post a video of the bottle rack - can't STAND having loose bottles - company I work for is too cheap to provide proper storage for them in my Van.
Hell yeah, that's when having a place for everything pay off - you can efficiently straighten-up the van by pulling the mess out, throwing away the trash, and then putting everything else back where it goes. I can't wait till next year when I'm out of my old hand-me-down van and into a new one that I can set up right.
Luv it Dave!! Excellent space management , I also run service out my smaller Toyota with cool under floor storage drawers/sliders.Smart man. Keep up the great informative videos. CHEERS!!
Now that it has a flat area all it needs now is some shag carpeting and a mini fridge. I feel the urge to clean up my vam aftrr this video. Nice job Guru!
i see your fitting box is one of those Milwaukee boxes, I picked up 3 of them at Home Depot, they run like 20 bucks apiece here. Excellent fitting or hardware box, I use one for copper, one for braas, and one for misc fasteners/screws/washers. No matter how small , the fittings will not "swim" from bin to bin, the clear lid is designed to fit snugly to the tops of the individual bins and it works great. Best 20 dollars a guy can spend. Love those aluminum boxes, Ive never seen those, that makes for a nice setup. Still miss the old Vangina!
Love your long pull boxes, if I could only convince my boss to get those for my van! One thing I saw that I don't see many carrying in So Cal is the powerhead assortment that you carry from Sporlan. I wish more guys carried them, because Sporlan makes their valves like tanks, and usually only require a powerhead replacement, not the entire valve. Yes valves do go bad on occasion, but not as often as my company thinks they do. Heck my company wants us to replace the TXV's every time we change out a compressor, what a waste of time and energy. I personally don't, why overcharge the customer for something he/she doesn't need. Just use proper piping/silver soldering practice and it doesn't need to be replaced. Love your vid's man!
similar to what my carpenter buddies and their relatives did years ago, except they built the drawers/raised floor out of lumber/plywood and all the tools/small materials went in the drawers, then they could haul "tons" of large materials on the raised floor above, they of course used full size/extended 1 ton vans and box trucks. the diamond plate sure looks better though lol.
Awesome set up bud one of these days I will get some videos set up and start my channel going I'm commercial refrigeration HVAC and cooking equipment repair technician
I didn't see any Rescue EC5411D motors.. they are great for condenser motors and case fan motors EC5412D are reverse rotation. You can wire them 115 or 230..awesome motor.thedy guarentee to submerge and keep working.
Always tough to keep the van clean. I see you have a few 9721 fan motors. What brand do you stock? Those motors are life savers! Good video as always buddy
Correction...you have a total of 8 drawers in the van, if you count the nut- huggers you're wearing 😂 man that brings back so many memories. I drove a 2001 Chevy Astro for 15 years. I made the boss a ton of money out of that thing and when it finally gave up the ghost he decided to buy a little Chevy Ram van. So now I drive around with all the soccer moms sipping $6 chai lattes. 😠😠😠 Man what would we ever do without Bluetooth? ♥️

In the US it is sold in 24lb tanks. And there are so many different substitutes for replacements it’s a mess. When I started in the 1980’s there were just 3 refrigerants.
I bought 2 of the steve nozzles gave one to my QC department (the Wife) and she bkoke it in about 3 weeks it will not shut off all the way. it's call a fireman nozzle you can get them at Lowes or Home Depot
Mini-Vangina is really stocked and looks like a sweet set up. Keep the videos flowing, we all really enjoy ‘em

Nice. Its good to be organized. Especially after long days when everything gets torpedoed into the van.
