My wife and I have watched you for years, your relationship has a lot of similarities to ours. I'm 44 and have recently realised I'm autistic after my daughter was diagnosed. I've felt like a failure my whole life and understanding my autism has changed everything for me and my wife. She understands now why I am the way I am and it's not a personal attack on her when I struggle with triggers

Sadie, keep in mind that people judge everyone. I don’t know why, but we all do it. Even little children. I follow you guys because you teach me how to work in my relationship. You make conscious choices to be better. You help me want to be better and make conscious choices with my own behavior. ❤

I loved this post. I have autism and hearing you talk about how exhausting it is pretending to be "normal" and how we put on an act for the people around us, was so relatable. Also, the way you can't sleep because of the tiny noises! My TV used to make a really high pitched sound that no one else could hear. They wouldn't believe me 😳 I had to get rid of it.

Love you, girls. I see a bit of each one of you considering myself . It totally depends on the moment. I confess I have to watch out and constantly pay attention to my behavior. It became worst as I grew older….now that I am older I can realize how challenging I was to those who tried to be next to me…..

Thank you for filming this because I have ADHD and I've been thinking about how it's affected my relationships so far. It's f*cking hard. Being unable to satisfy fully but then being moved by the smallest thing is hard in general. Before my diagnosis I thought ADHD was just about hyperactivity but I learned that it doesn't have to be and there are soooo many symptoms that are not written on the internet. I could talk about it for hours and I need more content about the relationship aspect of it...

Hey Sadie & P, thank you for the raw-love-content! ✨️
A question for the Q&A; how does it feel to you when you are apart? Maybe for a little time or for longer?
    Lots of love, Elizabeth

You are both a lovely couple and I like to see real couples together. By real I mean when each other are just totally themselves with one another and don't try to change each other and love each other unconditionally. You understand each other and each others ways and are just happy to be together. A lot like me and my better half =)
I get told by some people at work I have ADHD as they say I find it hard to sit still , concentrate , start a task and don't finish it before I start another task. When I'm cleaning I find it hard to focus on just cleaning or if I'm supposed to be clearing out things often I just sit and look through things and don't throw that many things out. 😅 . I get addicted to certain artist / music or subject etc and keep googling it and watch videos until one day I just completely go off it 😂
Sometimes I get hyper focused / tunnel vision and if someone starts speaking it completely throws me off and distracts me or i just completely block out what someone is saying. Basically find it hard to focus on doing a task and having a full conversation with someone .
I feel though, this is just me as a person and as a creative person, my mind tends to wonder and I don't believe I have ADHD . Some people truly have it I know but for me this is just my personality I believe 😂
Anyway , respect ladies and keep up the realness =)

Happy to know you found useful informations researching autism. I related so hard to your struggles and the diagnosis really changed my perspective and my life. Wish you the best

Please excuse me writing this in English but seeing your name reminded me of a character from an Enid Blyton (famous children's book author) from a series I think was either Mallory Towers or The Claires, and there was a pupil at the boarding school her books were set in who was named Carlotta, she was either Spanish or Italian, and always described in terms of her wild, dark hair and riding horses bareback !

I love you guys and I promise to keep any harsh judgments I may have to myself but really I don't have any when it comes to you 2😁👍. I know I still have problems and I'm not 100% sure what all my mental problems are but I know that I have them I never really been diagnosed with anything. Sometimes I get bipolar and have a bit of a mood disorder😂 and probably a bit of borderline personality disorder too😂🤷‍♀️ and I'm forgetful alot of the time. And I'm avoidant with people and part of me enjoys being alone or likes having alone time by myself because it does take energy to put on for people to show the world that I'm fine and somewhat normal and that I care. But what ever I got going on I do have my own coping mechanisms and I find ways to move past it to function normally or what Society calls normal😂.

My daugther is autistic and I wonder Sadie: are you diagnosed the official way? How did that go, what did the psych say? Where on the spectrum are you? Second: I hate loud noises and bright ligths, am an introvert, high sensitive in general. Felt socially awkward for a long time. My question is: how do you differentiate between what I have (ptsd / social anxiety / hsp) and autism?

  • @bumblebee1914
    @bumblebee1914 Год назад

Sadie, did you ever think you might be borderline, but the so called "quiet type"? I'm asking because in the videos at the early stages of your relationship I remember getting the "quiet borderline" vibe from how you were describing and commenting on your relationship interactions, expectations and hurts.

Love the chillaxed format 😎thank you for your two perspectives ladies 🙏🏻... I have a degree of ADHD... squirrel brain ...so many ideas it's like a radio receiver in there ... don't think these phone devices help with attention span 🤔 😲😑😁... thing with staying present is staying present enough to remember to stay present 😀... it's a thing
I totally accord with the organic outcome idea.. sort out your "daemons" while you have the energy and time to engage and transmute them, else they will be what take you down. Gifts, better not left unwrapped.
    🙏🏻🫶🏻

I was very interested in this video. I'm neurodivergent and my family particularly notices this 'cause I mask less around them, and they let me know. 😅 I think there's right people who'll click with anyone in a relationship once there's a fair give and take. Amy Schumer and her husband are another example that comes to mind. 😁

The younger woman is obviously self diagnosed. You can have autistic traits without actually having autism, unfortunately a lot of people are too ignorant to understand this. Both of these women are bisexual, the younger woman calls herself lesbian even though she admitted she is sexually attracted to Jeffree Star and other feminine men. Their videos are based around them thinking their opinions have weight and insight to them when they actually don't.
The older woman's daughter (who is around the same age as the younger woman) is visibly very uncomfortable around the younger woman and obviously dislikes her
