HIP DIPS WORKOUT. Improve ugly side butt (5MIN)

  • This 5 minute a day booty workout is designed to turn an ugly dipped butt into a round peach butt.
    This workout should be continued once a day for two weeks to feel your booty round and in shape.
    I've put together a butt training menu for you that I've been doing at home lately!
    When I go parent’s home, mommy and I often do this menu together lol
    Even if you don't go to the gym, you can definitely make a difference by working out your booty for 5 minutes a day.
    The booty is the largest muscle in the body, so you can increase your basal metabolism and lose weight all over!

    I will do this exercise until I get hips!!
    Day 1: ✅ (I don't feel much burn where it's supposed to)
    Day 2: ✅ (I felt a ache on my hip so I got motivation)
    Day 3: ✅ (I felt a burn on my hip)
    Day 4: ✅ (I see a my hip dip is less noticable but still there)
    Day 5: ✅ (I still have a little bit of hip dip but it's getting less yay :)
    Day 6: ✅ (I will start doing it twice a day but my hip dip better! )
    Day 7: ✅ (I felt the burn.)
    Day 8: ✅ (I did it twice but my hip dip is still there :()
    Edit: a few months later I have a bit of hip dip. I lost the motivation so I wasn't able to get to full effect of this workout. If I were to do this workout again, I would definitely do it twice a day because its a light workout but for a 5 min workout it's a pretty nice workout.

      @@chante2365 tbh I stopped doing the exercises bc I wasn't seeing massive progress on my hip so I lost motivation. But looking at my hip rn, it's not that bad? So i think the exercise was successful and I gained a bit of hip!

    一つ目の動きしかできず、足を回すのは、手を添えて持ち上げながらじゃないとできなかったのに、その後10回ぐらいやり、今日二週間ぶりにやったら、全部の動きができるようになってました〜!!アラフィフでも出来た!筋トレあと30年続けます。ぽぽさんのバストアップ動画もやってます。おかげで姿勢が良くなりました😆👍ありがとうございます。。

      Hi😊 just kick your leg back and try to your sole toward ceiling. If your body is not flexible but you can get it with continuous exercise👍🏻

    どーにかお尻をおっっきくしたいです!!
    お尻を引き締めて小さくするトレーニングはたくさんあるのに、大きくするトレーニングがあまりないのでpopoさんのお尻トレーニングには助かってます☺️🍑

    I will do!
    day 1: I felt my butt burn but it wasn't that painful
    day 2: when I started doing I felt that the muscles were more "stiff". also feel more burn

    ぽぽちゃーん🤗💓寝ながら出来るけど、なかなかキツイね〜😅レストがあるのが嬉しい😆🎶終わった後、お尻横がめっちゃ熱くなってる感じがする‼️最後のお尻の力で膝をあげるの、なかなか高度〜💦ぽぽちゃんみたいにあがらない😅

    ぽぽさん、こちらに質問失礼します。
    生理の時はぽぽさんは筋トレ行っていますか?尻トレは休んで胸トレや顔トレだけ。とか、やっている事があれば教えてください。
    2日前から胸トレ始めました!
    合掌ポーズで胸を大きくした過去があるので効くのはわかっているので続けられそうです。授乳で無くなった胸を取り戻したいと思い、頑張ります。
    生理の1日目はいつもしんどいので私はお休みしようと思ってますが、継続させる為に体の負担にならない程度の何か筋トレ出来たらなと思っています。

    doing this because I don’t like my but dimples.
    Day 1 ✅ a little hard but got through it
    Day 2 ✅ got way easier
    Day 3 ✅
    Day 4 ✅ done
    Day 5 ✅
    Day 6 ✅ I saw a little result going to keep doing this and will keep updating
    Day 7 ✅
    Day 8 ✅
    Day 9 ✅
    Day 10✅ I only do one side because I only have one big butt dimple.

    I'm doing this workout out and your older one to make the process of getting rid of my square-ish lookin butt and to speed up the processss
    Day 1 Done! Not too hard (I started doing this before I made this comment so thats why I'm posting the days that I did it all in one day)
    Day 2 Doneee! I can't tell if theres difference or not but yeah pretty easy
    Day 3 Done eee! Okay this starting to get a bit harder
    Day 4 Doneeee
