It’s not about whether “care” is apart of the equation, it’s about “respect”. My GenZ son spent more on work requirements (dress code, work assigned iPad, “extra” training hours bc it was competitive), than the job ended up being worth! Employees are taken advantage of. Look at the wage disparities. It’s obnoxious. Enough is enough. Workers absolutely need to be competent employees and put in maximum effort, but when is that same accountability demanded by employers without Unions to hold tgem accountable? Studies have proven a businesses success with employees is completely a result of the management in charge. Want better employees? She's smacked into adulthood still carrying the expectations of early childhood: she is supposed to be just provided for, without having to earn it by contributing value back to society, and assumes care-providing relationships to her are still mandatory mechanisms for resource extraction. She's the terribly beaten-down victim anytime she doesn't get whatever she wants for nothing.
The many people who have catered to her, pampered her, told her she's very, very special and not held her accountable for her actions and attitudes, thereby allowing her to remain pathologically immature, have done her no favours whatsoever.

I do feel bad for the younger generation though. My nephew is different from this girl he works full-time and was doing school full-time but it's heart-wrenching to watch how the inflation has affected them. I remember in 2010 moving to college living in my own apartment with roommates paying my bills and still be able to go shopping for an outfit and go to vegas with a little budget. I feel sorry for my nephew because his pay does not even allow him to do half of what I was doing when I moved out for college. He can't pay for his own apartment not because he doesn't want to his job just doesn't pay enough to match what housing is requiring now a days. The system is broken.

GOOD parents teach their children valuable ethics and skills, so that they will be able to support themselves fully and also take on the responsibilities that come with being a citizen in any culture.

No, you can't be that clueless! Even your Bible says in Proverbs 31, that the perfect woman works hard at home (no vacuum cleaner, no fridge, no bakery, no clothing shop), that's harder than you can even imagine, AND that she is an entrepreneur on top op it.
You are genetically designed to bear babies. In Africa those are on the backs of the women, who work. And that's completely normal. Just not in your entitled view. Really, this makes me puke! I am a woman, and I loved to make something of myself: study and work.

My husband and I are millennials that have literally lived most of our lives like they did in the 30’s, 40’s etc. and we got nowhere and accomplished nothing. Now after switching jobs 6+ times in the last 3 years we are making triple what we did but because of corporate greed, the housing market etc. we are no better off. It’s bull$hit.🤬😤😑😭
