I made a famous Korean Street Food Corn Dog with potatoes instead of flour
This corn dog recipe is crispy on the outside and delicious!

- 540g potatoes
- 2 sausages
- mozzarella cheese
- bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp starch (or all-purpose flour)
- cooking oil
- ketchup, mustard sauce (according to taste)
➤ Tips
- Fry them quickly in hot oil to prevent the cheese from leaking out.
- If you do not use mozzarella cheese, you can stick uncut sausages on a wooden stick.
- Sprinkle with ketchup or mustard sauce according to your taste.
