I am a doctor precisely a psychiatrist, and given the pandemic I had to help one of the health centers that I work in the emergency area and I have been surprised on many occasions by patients who arrive in an emergency due to a traffic accident, without any type of documentation except that their cell phone and that function has helped us to contact someone we know.

It is used very often. If someone is admitted to a hospital and they’re unconscious, and the staff is unable to determine identity. The team will go through the patient’s phone to find some relevant information. Given that so many people have passcodes on their phones, this feature allows the staff to view the information provided without needing the passcode.

After updating my Iphone 7 plus to IOS 14.6 few hours later the screen turned blank, it came on again but turned blank again I can't use my phone. The phone has not fallen before pls what could be the problem?
