5 sets may be a bit much so id do 4 sets of each instead. Also, the supersets might be too much. I would either remove 1 superset, do 1 of the 2 exercises on both supersets, or do 1 superset and take the other away.

Bro ive seen your plyo videos on tiktok and my vert increased by 4 inches (while playing volleyball), your videos helped a lot with also stretching and what stretches to do. But you know for leg strengthening how reps and sets should i be doing because im rlly confused on how many i should be doing. But keep up the good work with providing knowledge about how to increase vertical because it has definitely helped me a lot. Also im 5'7 15years old with a 24 inch vert( wanting 30inches by the end of the year)
Thats not how you should superset. The point of a superset is to save time in the gym, working contrasting muscle groups. A great example is leg extensions (quads) and leg curls (hamstrings)
Hey, For someone who works out at home can I do pistol squats instead of squats and superset with squat jumps. Im triggered by single leg exercise followed by double. Do you see any problem here?
So how many time should I do this exercise? Twice a week or thrice? I'm total beginner with no lifting or gym experience. And i was thinking of jogging 1 hour on rest days for stamina.. Do u think I should do it?
Tbh I dont keep track of my calories but i do watch what I eat. I just make sure to cut out fast food and sugary snacks and make sure to eat a lot of protein. Im trying to stay lean too so i try to not to eat a lot per meal.

@@ashwinsankar6619 one set 5 back squats and once ur done with that move onto ur first set of 5 jump squats, when ur done rest about 1 minute and do it again

for leg strength, 4-5 sets of 4-6 reps is the best range youre still young and youre definitely gonna get taller and more athletic. keep it up bro!

For most exercises it's the minium of how much you need. Don't start when you're not ready but don't wait too long
