I work for Allied Universal in Albany NY and I noticed that their employees are being ignorant with the public and I have addressed this type of behavior with supervisors and also found that their trainers are training the employees wrong.

Complaining or filing complaints on officers has no effect on cops. They have no fear of this system because it never carries any weight for justices. What does carry weight is money!! Penalize them a days pay per complaint. If we take their income, reduce what they can make off citizens for their wrong doing perhaps cops will take a good look at their interactions with the public. I think these guys are powerful and do a great job. I work for Allied Universal in Albany NY and I noticed that their employees are being ignorant with the public and I have addressed this type of behavior with supervisors and also found that their trainers are training the employees wrong.

They have millions of ways to cruicify you in court and its quite sad. I believe there are about 50,000 pages or more of laws, silly laws, etc...

Most “governnent” buildings are publically accessible. They are not private entities. The PUBLIC pays for them through taxes. Therefore, the PUBLIC owns them.

Complaining or filing complaints on officers has no effect on cops. They have no fear of this system because it never carries any weight for justices.
What does carry weight is money!! Penalize them a days pay per complaint. If we take their income, reduce what they can make off citizens for their wrong doing perhaps cops will take a good look at their interactions with the public.
If we the people could, we would put a cop in jail for every 10 coplaints. 1 day of jail per 10 complaints sounds good to me.
When officers are punished like we the people then there is a slime hope of real justices.

I think these guys are powerful and do a great job. I think they would be able to retire in less than ten years, probably closer to five if they started filing their well documents with the courts it would take a few years to start to collect the money, soon to be wealthy people. There is a lot of pride there, and like he says, he doesn't want to take the peoples money, which is great, but I think that's the only way to get the desired change.
