The State of Kansas has an unconstitutional trespass law on the books which, how it's written, make no distinction between private and public property. You guys should file a suit. I heard you claim you've never filed a suit, and I understand it's expensive, but without doing that all of this is pointless. Yesterday one of you was illegally arrested because an officer failed to do even the most rudimentary investigation and discriminated against all of you. The "evidence" shows the complainant lied in order to effect the arrest, which is a crime. You should file charges and file the law suits if you want to actually change law and make a difference.

We need to be careful when we name call, as to not make it racial les we risk creating more “N” words that only one race can use. One who has a medical condition prohibiting the mask is exempt from the mandate and is covered by the ADA which provides that they must be served as any other customer who is masked. By the way, the HIPAA act provides that you may not inquire about my reasons for exemption. Finally, Ma'am, you have violated your own policy by calling local authorities when this property is governed by the Postal Police for law enforcement purposes.

The State of Kansas has an unconstitutional trespass law on the books which, how it's written, make no distinction between private and public property. You guys should file a suit. I heard you claim you've never filed a suit, and I understand it's expensive, but without doing that all of this is pointless.
Yesterday one of you was illegally arrested because an officer failed to do even the most rudimentary investigation and discriminated against all of you. The "evidence" shows the complainant lied in order to effect the arrest, which is a crime.
You should file charges and file the law suits if you want to actually change law and make a difference.

We need to be careful when we name call, as to not make it racial les we risk creating more “N” words that only one race can use. The use of the word Karen has morphed to mean any person that acts in an entitled way towards another person. If we allow one race to use a word that is a slur for another, we invite the creation of new “N” words. So can a person who acts entitled be them white or black just share the name?
