The supreme Court said they cannot force an individual to trespass a third party. Asking is perfectly fine. State statutes regarding trespassing in the United States very widely. Some states require signage or fencing and other forms of enclosure. Other state statutes simply say where notice has been given.

However, if they are taken before they enter this world, they are not given said right. Then some will say that you're not a person until you are born. Complicated issues that the supreme Court faced with. You'll never make everybody happy with every decision.

we were there, but only came in halfway through so missed how it started - i agree the older man was in the wrong, but in his defense maybe he was already aggravated with being there and maybe had to come back a couple of times for if you miss one thing, they can’t help you- and with all the recent tensions with lockdowns, racism push, etc many people are on the edge - i do have to say we almost missed our appointment though with all the loudness going on for we couldn’t hear the speaker call at all! we had to watch the screen on the wall- there were people trying to take tests - it was a bit disrespectful

Actually, it is a crime it’s called wrongful use of 911 and most places to my knowledge, as a paralegal for about 13 years, all police departments have a non-emergency line now rather if the citizen knows it or not, that’s their fault, but in most cases, yes it is a crime man in most cases is a misdemeanor and does carry a citation. Actually, it is a crime it’s called wrongful use of 911 and most places to my knowledge, as a paralegal for about 13 years, all police departments have a non-emergency line now rather if the citizen knows it or not, that’s their fault, but in most cases, yes it is a crime man in most cases is a misdemeanor and does carry a citation.
