i think that in the update to version 1.1 they will add in the game a locator for the geoculus and also for the wind one, so it will be easier to collect it later

Took me 4 tries to finish the Chi of Guyun. First 3 times was just bad luck, the 3 Ruin Guards kept attacking the objective instead of aggroing me. The 4th time was perfect though, all 3 followed me into the water and my Chongyun went brrrr
@@D14V0R05 I finally fit both statues to lvl 10 today. I'd suggest using the Genshin interactive map, so you can check all locations again and mark them as gathered. Good luck!

alex mulloney I did it today with the interactive map. It takes a long time but it’s really easy if you check carefully and take chests at the same time. You will get way more than just the oculus.
I grind the geoculi daily, and I get ariund 20-30 in an hour. It gets super boring, but it's fine, cause I get lots of side quests and etc to do along the way.
I spent all day yesterday exploring all the map and unlocking all the fast travel points and god damn this game is amazing for a free to play. Just the exploration alone is enough to recommend it to everyone
I tried gliding near the pillar, and then slowly descending due to the wind glider, and then pressed the button at the right time so you wouldn't climb the pillar
When you will be AR30+, you will start to understand that there is nothing to do more in this game than 4 quests per day + dungeons with 120 resin (~30 min) and that is sad.

I highly recommend using barbara, she's been given away for free to just about everyone and is a super potent support character, allowing you to keep your hp up throughout a fight. Helps when you have long drawn out battles, then you can save your food for dire situations
@@MTashed One of the best parts of her is that the healing ring she gives applies wetness to nearby enemies, so any cryo combo with her is amazing. My fav pair is chongyun, since his active ability makes an area of effect where ALL basic and heavy attacks deal cryo, constantly freezing, shattering, freezing, shattering and repeat. Throwing in electric as well and it gets insane, melts bosses super fast
buff her up. same situation with me. so me knowing that i just said well, f it and buffed her up. she is level 80 right now. but i do have to say i also have a 5 star bow that alone gives 500+ damage. in total she gives me about 1.6k damage which is a lot for her and its going to be super easy to beat this domain with bit of dodging and elemintal damage. i see a lot of people trashing amber. i personally don't get it cause she has been helping me so much in the game. i cannot beat a ruin guard without her at all. everytime i hit the ruin guard on the weak spot it gives 16k damage literlally. + elimental damage. thats JUST insane stats. she has been a great help throughout the early ar's i had and curruntly i am at ar 39 and i think i will replace her with chlide since he is ofc a 5 star with a bow and spear basically dps plus bow is just crazy 5 star i have to say. but until then amber is pure love and her both ult and 2nd ult are trash. her main fully charged bow is just out of this world amazing. i love the fully charged pyro. so much damage and thats all i need. so my advice is if you cannot get any other bow at this moment. just buff her up. and she'll not disappoint you. use her wisely and she will do amazing on the field.
@@k-editslover320 as Zhongli said "In terms of Mora, we have no Mora". x) i feel the pain man i have gone broke in the game a lot of times. bp is really value though, if you ever spend in game just spend it on bp, because 1, it gives a lot of mora, it gives wishes as well, it also gives books fir leveling up characters tallents, it also also gives character level up books and also gives a free 4 star weapon which is not bad at all, and at the end also 640 primo i think. its super value for money being at ar 47 i am already about to run out again the tallent cost is too high and its so pain when you have no mora, leylins helps out though but requires a lot of resin to not be broke. thats why make sure to spend on bp and stay active in game and do bp missions weekly and daily, it will not let you down its value for money and even in game.
@@ashx2405 update, I got Fiscl in meteorite event and my bp is already maxed out lmao. So I have to grind for mora and exp books. And yeah, I finished this quest with Mona attacking the ruin hunter. I finished it in two tries cause I died at first lmao.
Use interactive map you could find it in google so you could actually keep track what geoculus that youve already found. Just google with keyword genshin impact geoculus interactive map

I forgot to mention u can track ur anemoculi but u have to login to the website, just use ur junk email and ur done or u dont have to sign in at all the interactive map still usable. I prefer the latter one tho.
Agreed. i see a lot of people being scared of it. its by far the most easier one to beat. just know his attacks and its so easy to dodge them. and just hit him on the weak spot and its just super easy alone the bow damage is above 1.6k and then add the damage you do once its on ground. i go with overload and it does 3.5k damage. thats just about 3-4 mins of a ruin guard fight i always have. ranging from level 51 to level 68 ruin guards.
@@ashx2405 ruin hunters are also easy to fight as well. All you need is a platform (like geo mc’s rock or Albedo’s elevator), the archer of your choice (mine is Amber because I am familiar with her) and the Ruin Hunter will start floating even more to release some missiles. With that, you can shoot the eye and start spamming attacks + AoE dmg attacks.
The recipe for Adeptus Temptation is at the top of Qingyun peak in Liyue. It is on the floating island (small puzzle in the area so just make sure you have stamina to fly between mountains).
If you have Ninnguang, you should DEFINITELY use her against the Ruin Guards. Her ability to block missiles and other range attacks COMPLETELY save players from taking all of that damage. She's definitely a nuker, tank mage, and my title for her would be "Brick House" just for how surprisingly sturdy she can just hit hard and soak damage up for you in her own way.
For everyone dreading doing this. There’s a video on RUclips showing you exactly where all the geo are, would take like a day to go through, not the worse if you been pinning the ones you picked up. For the fight, errr bring Barbara? She helps so much and eat an adeptus temptation. I have to fight the ruin hunter twice because Barbara got herself stuck upside down between a rock and a wall, have to exit the game 🤦🏻♀️. All in all fun quest, very intense and time consuming though. Good luck everyone ☺️
Mr.Serperior yep but the map doesn’t show you if it up in the air or stuck under a crack in the mountain (there were many geo like that) so I do recommend the video more ☺️

You can get a 5 star food recipe on a floating island in the west we’re mountains! You interact with 3 statues on different mountains, parkour and tada 5 star food recipie!
Which is funny cause in order to get one of the Geoculus you need to get to that island. I mean, this does save you like 15 of the ingredients but yeah I'd say that's not worth the 20k

you can get the recepee for the adeptus temptation by doing a neat little puzzle on the left side of the map, i dont remember the name of the location but its the big mountain surrounded with smaller peaks and a floating island. the puzzle is pretty easy (just go on the smaller peaks and turn a statue), once thats done, you're rewarded with a parkour puzzle to go on the floating island where you get a chest that gives a 4star artefact (gave me a 4star atleast) and the recepee for the dish, its also an amazing view from above the cloud and will complete an achievement.
is this the stuff wherein u nid to turn the 3 swan statue and then it allows you to go to a floating island wherein there were 3 chest waiting and the note says that the place was a villa-like to keep him away from the humanity?
@@leexingha you should see it pretty quick, you just need to go toward the top left side of the map and look in the sky, you'll see a floating island, thats where you need to go, otherwise, even easier, you can probably just look at a guide somewhere on youtube or google
For all the people saying it's hard to find all the Geoculus, there is a gadget you can craft that auto-locates an area that contains one you haven't found yet. It's a consumable gadget so you will need to craft 1 for every Geo you're missing, but, it makes hunting them down super easy. I ended up finding all of this out by accident when I was hunting down all the Anemo/Geo for the shrines.
If any of yall are getting discouraged from having to pick up all the geo stars, dont worry. It only takes a couple days if youre going at a reasonable pace with the interactive map. You got this :)

damn, this one was one hell of a fight, all my team died and I only had a lv 40 Barbara left... somehow, after some excruciating 15 minutes, she managed to solo the thing lol, her water attacks shut down the buff which allowed her to survive where her teammates didn't. I love Barbara.

No but seriously, my AR is like 29, I did this challenge and the boss was level 44 I think. It wasn’t too bad at all for me, I used Fischl for Oz, Noelle for heals and damage reduction, Kaea for damage reactios and the water guy who likes books, Ive found their reactions work well against most enemies, if you play correctly you can have Oz up 100% of the time, even with mostly damage buffing artifacts.
The first boss battle sold me. It was so good. But now I am done with all the quests and really, all I can do is just sit here and look forward for future content. XD

If you want to get the 200,000 mora, you should go ahead. I had the recipe for the adaptus' temptation drop from a luxurious chest after completing the 3 birds on the mountains puzzle found in the area. No artifact but if you already grab the recipe the extra mora is nice
As a free-to-play player, I was very lucky to have gotten Diluc, Fischl, and Barbara. Diluc just evaporates enemy hp like no tomorrow. I breezed through the ruin hunter using Diluc/Xianling/Fischl, and Barbara for heals
genshin back then: WOOOW GRIND FOR 2 DAYS ON INTERACTIVE MAP STRAIGHT FOR ONNEEE 5* ARTIFACT!!!11!1!! genshin now: grind every day mutliple times the artifact dungeon and hope you get the 5* artifacts for the right set.
The adeptus’ temptation recipe can be achieved by doing a secret side quest involving 3 statues of swans, turn all the statues towards the highest peak, take in mind these swans statues are also on high peaks. From the middle point you can see glows coming from the mountain surrounding it, go to the glows and you find yourself a swan statue
I thought this was a hard challenge but my Noelle practically tank everything. I don't even bother destroying the stone for the first two bosses. The truly hard one was the Ruin Hunter but Ningguang attack are practically a homing missile if it went up and Noelle if it went down to attack me.
For anyone wondering which option to take, just get the option from the woman with more mora. You can get the adeptus temptation by going to cloud retainer and doing some quests.
This randomly came into my recommendations a year later, and it’s crazy to look back now and see a 5* artifact being super special. Now they’re not even good enough to be exp fodder.
Me sees the intro : oh! I have done this quest, its very hard for ar 22 like me! Also me : *intense trauma because I cant co-op when I haven't finished that quest 💀*
If you do the crane statue puzzle on that one floating island with the geo statue on it and follow through with that puzzle you can get the recipe to make the Adetpus Temptation. All it takes is ham, shrimp, crabs, and something else pretty common i forget
tbh... the art style of this game is the same with honkai impact which is made by the same studio. Honkai was released before breath of the wild. also its just the anime video game art style.

I think so too, Barbara is a good healer but the 2 piece set is perfect for Jean since it gives more damage and people usually doesn’t build Barbara for damage

For people having trouble finding the geoculus. In a matter of thirty minutes while looking for chests to get more primos and raise my adventure rank, I found four different geoculuses (my statue is 16 away from lvl 10) so just look around, because they’re legit everywhere if you look hard enough.
Hey , If your wondering how to get " Adeptus Temptation " you can go to Lyue or that other side of the the world and climb up these three mountains which have birds on them, once you turn there heads the right angle , you'll go up the main moutian and I'll make you glide up to like a small floating island. Its alot easier then it sounds. I got that cooking recipe a few days again an at 18 Adventure Rank. I'll try and update this to tell you the exact location.
Is anyone Having a problem with the pillars? mine's bugged I managed to collect every single Stone of remembrance but the problem is that when I activated all of the Pillars only 3 were Counted as activated im still looking for clues on how to fix this bug but I can't find any, If anyone Has an idea on how to Activate every Pillar Please tell me. Like most of this guy's Genshin videos...90% is mostly right, but there's a key piece of advice that's not. Take the money. Money is one of your biggest bottlenecks in progression. There's epic food that's very close in stats (delicious version can actually have better stats), and it's trivial to craft. He even moused over the epic food in question, and you even hear him pause as he realizes the stats are very similar and realizes he's wrong....but in keeping with his MO, he doesn't care and just wants that ez content.
I was AL 19 when I basically flew all over the map opening the teleports and doing minor puzzles (just because I knew the main quests would send me to those places anyway) when I came across the puzzle that leads you to the top of the tallest mountain in the game and it gave me the recipe to this food. Now I can sell the ring to the woman for 200.000 without any regrets once I finish finding those damn geoculous.
There is a Adeptus Temptation Recipe in the Floating Rock In neat one of the Seven statues of maybe near teleporter . it's in the Top of a Mountain and you have to do a Small amount of Climbing and stuffs activating some Bird Statues to Access the Small Floating Rock.

I forgot to mention u can track ur anemoculi but u have to login to the website, just use ur junk email and ur done or u dont have to sign in at all the interactive map still usable. I prefer the latter one tho.

Agreed. i see a lot of people being scared of it. its by far the most easier one to beat. just know his attacks and its so easy to dodge them. and just hit him on the weak spot and its just super easy alone the bow damage is above 1.6k and then add the damage you do once its on ground. i go with overload and it does 3.5k damage. thats just about 3-4 mins of a ruin guard fight i always have. ranging from level 51 to level 68 ruin guards.

@@ashx2405 ruin hunters are also easy to fight as well. All you need is a platform (like geo mc’s rock or Albedo’s elevator), the archer of your choice (mine is Amber because I am familiar with her) and the Ruin Hunter will start floating even more to release some missiles. With that, you can shoot the eye and start spamming attacks + AoE dmg attacks.

The recipe for Adeptus Temptation is at the top of Qingyun peak in Liyue. It is on the floating island (small puzzle in the area so just make sure you have stamina to fly between mountains).

If you have Ninnguang, you should DEFINITELY use her against the Ruin Guards. Her ability to block missiles and other range attacks COMPLETELY save players from taking all of that damage. She's definitely a nuker, tank mage, and my title for her would be "Brick House" just for how surprisingly sturdy she can just hit hard and soak damage up for you in her own way.
Ruins hunters are stupid easy to dodge and destroy, those flaming skull giant geo dudes on the other hand...
Its probably gonna be genshin content till beyond light, I'm cool with that ^^

For everyone dreading doing this. There’s a video on RUclips showing you exactly where all the geo are, would take like a day to go through, not the worse if you been pinning the ones you picked up. For the fight, errr bring Barbara? She helps so much and eat an adeptus temptation. I have to fight the ruin hunter twice because Barbara got herself stuck upside down between a rock and a wall, have to exit the game 🤦🏻♀️. All in all fun quest, very intense and time consuming though. Good luck everyone ☺️

Mr.Serperior yep but the map doesn’t show you if it up in the air or stuck under a crack in the mountain (there were many geo like that) so I do recommend the video more ☺️

You can get a 5 star food recipe on a floating island in the west we’re mountains! You interact with 3 statues on different mountains, parkour and tada 5 star food recipie!
Yeah, they're a pain to make (crabs, shrimp, matsutake, etc) but it's some amazing food (and making it yourself is better 'cuz it can be perfect)

you can get the recepee for the adeptus temptation by doing a neat little puzzle on the left side of the map, i dont remember the name of the location but its the big mountain surrounded with smaller peaks and a floating island. the puzzle is pretty easy (just go on the smaller peaks and turn a statue), once thats done, you're rewarded with a parkour puzzle to go on the floating island where you get a chest that gives a 4star artefact (gave me a 4star atleast) and the recepee for the dish, its also an amazing view from above the cloud and will complete an achievement.
is this the stuff wherein u nid to turn the 3 swan statue and then it allows you to go to a floating island wherein there were 3 chest waiting and the note says that the place was a villa-like to keep him away from the humanity?

I found this too, was an awesome little quest
For all the people saying it's hard to find all the Geoculus, there is a gadget you can craft that auto-locates an area that contains one you haven't found yet. It's a consumable gadget so you will need to craft 1 for every Geo you're missing, but, it makes hunting them down super easy. I ended up finding all of this out by accident when I was hunting down all the Anemo/Geo for the shrines.
If any of yall are getting discouraged from having to pick up all the geo stars, dont worry. It only takes a couple days if youre going at a reasonable pace with the interactive map. You got this :)

damn, this one was one hell of a fight, all my team died and I only had a lv 40 Barbara left... somehow, after some excruciating 15 minutes, she managed to solo the thing lol, her water attacks shut down the buff which allowed her to survive where her teammates didn't. I love Barbara.
Super proud how well my Chouyun and Barbara did this had no idea it was a secret honestly
I just did the 9 pillars quest today (v2.5) and Linlang that gives you 200k is in her own shop now instead of out on the street. Kinda interesting.

No but seriously, my AR is like 29, I did this challenge and the boss was level 44 I think. It wasn’t too bad at all for me, I used Fischl for Oz, Noelle for heals and damage reduction, Kaea for damage reactios and the water guy who likes books, Ive found their reactions work well against most enemies, if you play correctly you can have Oz up 100% of the time, even with mostly damage buffing artifacts.
This game is pretty dope, looking forward to future content.
The first boss battle sold me. It was so good. But now I am done with all the quests and really, all I can do is just sit here and look forward for future content. XD

If you want to get the 200,000 mora, you should go ahead. I had the recipe for the adaptus' temptation drop from a luxurious chest after completing the 3 birds on the mountains puzzle found in the area. No artifact but if you already grab the recipe the extra mora is nice
As a free-to-play player, I was very lucky to have gotten Diluc, Fischl, and Barbara.
Diluc just evaporates enemy hp like no tomorrow. I breezed through the ruin hunter using Diluc/Xianling/Fischl, and Barbara for heals
Meanwhile I pulled 5x Barbara, 4x Xianling, 2x Ningguang, Bennete and Noelle .-.

The adeptus’ temptation recipe can be achieved by doing a secret side quest involving 3 statues of swans, turn all the statues towards the highest peak, take in mind these swans statues are also on high peaks. From the middle point you can see glows coming from the mountain surrounding it, go to the glows and you find yourself a swan statue
You can seriously get adeptus’ tempetion without having to fight multiple enemies

I was not expecting to see him lol. Watched him quite a bit when I used to play destiny 2, after he shaved his creeper stache at least.
I thought this was a hard challenge but my Noelle practically tank everything. I don't even bother destroying the stone for the first two bosses. The truly hard one was the Ruin Hunter but Ningguang attack are practically a homing missile if it went up and Noelle if it went down to attack me.

If you do the crane statue puzzle on that one floating island with the geo statue on it and follow through with that puzzle you can get the recipe to make the Adetpus Temptation. All it takes is ham, shrimp, crabs, and something else pretty common i forget
looking back on this quest, the rewards scaled well at the time but if i got this quest now I'd laugh and complain about the rewards not being enough

For people having trouble finding the geoculus. In a matter of thirty minutes while looking for chests to get more primos and raise my adventure rank, I found four different geoculuses (my statue is 16 away from lvl 10) so just look around, because they’re legit everywhere if you look hard enough.
Hey , If your wondering how to get " Adeptus Temptation " you can go to Lyue or that other side of the the world and climb up these three mountains which have birds on them, once you turn there heads the right angle , you'll go up the main moutian and I'll make you glide up to like a small floating island. Its alot easier then it sounds. I got that cooking recipe a few days again an at 18 Adventure Rank. I'll try and update this to tell you the exact location.

You need to contact support. There was a bug with that quest.
Like most of this guy's Genshin videos...90% is mostly right, but there's a key piece of advice that's not.
Take the money. Money is one of your biggest bottlenecks in progression. There's epic food that's very close in stats (delicious version can actually have better stats), and it's trivial to craft.
He even moused over the epic food in question, and you even hear him pause as he realizes the stats are very similar and realizes he's wrong....but in keeping with his MO, he doesn't care and just wants that ez content.

I was AL 19 when I basically flew all over the map opening the teleports and doing minor puzzles (just because I knew the main quests would send me to those places anyway) when I came across the puzzle that leads you to the top of the tallest mountain in the game and it gave me the recipe to this food.
Now I can sell the ring to the woman for 200.000 without any regrets once I finish finding those damn geoculous.
There is a Adeptus Temptation Recipe in the Floating Rock In neat one of the Seven statues of maybe near teleporter . it's in the Top of a Mountain and you have to do a Small amount of Climbing and stuffs activating some Bird Statues to Access the Small Floating Rock.
