Hello, just some feedback from me watching you : before you scrub wheels, Its better to dip the brush into bucket of shampoo water for more lubrication = less scratches. I do it more often so that brush is clean and lubricated as much as possible.
You surely know this step but its a reminder to not save time on this cause its not worth the potential damage.

I always explain to my customers, especially ones with newer vehicles that it’s typically the second largest purchase people make buying a new car. I break down that sometimes spending the extra money on the coating or services etc will not only make there car look better but would be save them $ down the line if they sell it in hopes of getting top dollar
Being able to feed off the customers energy is huge though. I like the content Hunter! Your passion for detailing will continue to take you places.

I do an up-sale on 1y protection on front and back windows for better visibility during rain. Extremely helpful for areas where it rains a lot.

@@vBestia bro go to your local car wash and a shitty detail will cost 225-275 and you bet your ass they will charge more for dog hair. I know because I have worked in many car washes as well as high end dealerships. This dude GOES TO YOUR HOUSE his prices are on point for the level of work he does

I love the fact that is upselling that ceramic coating spray when that’s basically just a spray wax no more protection than a actual spray wax won’t protect more than a regular wax if you wan ceramic it needs to be done correctly and in layers that’s the true protection for years

Wrong way to up sale bro "how much do you love your car" there's better ways bro. How about "There's a specific product I use for tesla leather are you interested in hearing about it"? Then if the conversation leads to how much then you give them more details.

I’m not gonna lie, I hate when ppl upsale like that. I mean it works sure. Doesn’t work on me. I hate the long explanation and “oh do you love your car? You like your seats? Then you need this” etc etc. I walk around those ppl lol
Good video but I have a question. In some videos I noticed u have a diagram of a car on it which u do a preinspection on the vehicle checking off any prior damage, then having the customer sign off on it. Where did u get the diagram from?

If you paid attention to what he was saying in the video, he was specifically saying in a nice way that the lady was only trying to get the minimum because of her lack of priority for the car. Prior to that he had already said he will try to upsale 2 things and go from there so you don't annoy the custumer and lose out on potential money. It pays to pay attention guys lol
You could hit them up at the end of the detail like Hunter did with the leather coating example. You could tell them what you did in the detail (highlight the positives), then show how the headlights are letting down the look of their car (contast with the negative). After that hit them with "Do you want me to machine polish that out and coat them for you? It'll take a couple of mins and its $(your price here). Then bust out the DA with headlight compound and a cutting pad, mow down those nasty headlights and finish with spray wax. You dont have to be gentle or take a long time to make headlights look good, if they are already badly faded they would be better off with a sand and clear coat, so you can offer a cheap alternative to "bring them back to life".

Hmm. Maybe attend some car shows? You could have a photo album or portfolio with good quality before and after pics.
Or maybe your prices are too high. Sometimes, no business means prices are too steep. And vice versa, too much business means you’re not charging enough. Hard to know really since you’re just starting out
