More high quality actions, being intentional w/ your time and resources... that’s how you’re gonna become the master... shorten that learning curve... you can do it, keep going, it only takes so much and then you’re finally there to cruise it out and go harder
I'm new to sales here ------ something i've noticed is that buyers are skiddish like birds. You want them to eat the seeds out of "your" hand, but if they sense something funny....... they fly away! you need to remain calm and be aware of THEM.
Really like this guy he's right. I've had terrible sales managers in fact I had one I wanted to murder, but I decided to take responsibility for our interactions, and look at him with new eyes have better mental conversations with him, and boom. He wound up being a major help. Even a bad sales manager can make you a ton of money if they're on your side. They're in control of all the best resources resources that never go to new people. So it's important even if you're more skilled than them to ask them for advice etc. They'll be more inclined to help, rather than "let's see how good he really is" attitude they may develop if you are too antagonistic. A collaborative approach to that relationship can have you really take a giant leap forward. I've tried both ways and trust me no matter how much you hate them it costs money to fight with them. However, that doesn't mean don't stand up for yourself. Just after you set things right remember to mend any broken bonds afterwards.

Rob Jeppsen is simply amazing, I mean he’s a great salesman and lead actor on the show Modern Family. Man, he can do it all.
