- I'm new to Sam and Max, and due to personal stuff it took me actual months to play through Hit the Road, so this is a result of lots of on and off editing of the clips that I wanted to show to my friends.
You can take this video as a "Hit the Road in a nutshell out of context" kinda thing I guess :'D
Anyway, I'm not an editor and did this for fun, so hope u have fun with it too :)

At 4:13 when they mention they both are colour blind later in the game Sam mentions the coffee at bosco's is green and max says that he likes his men like his coffee, green. This means that he also sees Sam as green.

That reminds me of a video of someone saying they where color-blind and saw their mom as green as well and she taught them to see the color brown and draw her with brown crayons instead. They then admitted that she low-key did still look green to them.
Fun fact: red/green colourblind animals (and people) see the world in shades of yellow and blue, which means brown and green are pretty much identical most of the time.
This is why tigers are able to get away with being garishly orange, to a deer it’s all the same colour as the vegetation- a sickly yellow colour
On the other hand, the coffee at Bosco's actually is green.

@Salt In Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse Episode 1, you could try to use the engagement ring on Max and Sam thinks of all the stuff that would happen if he DID propose to him, then goes back to reality and saying "Nah!", so Sam's not really queer.

I had NO idea there were mini games in hit the road. Turns out you can buy them from each of the snuckey’s locations.
I'm a gay man, but I usually dislike shipping guys together if they're not explictly gay as it distracts from the need to have more gay characters.
That said, viewing Sam and Max as anything other than husbands is homophobic and I will fight anyone who disagrees.

I like your take, Christian and M A. It's the first time I see people giving honest good arguments to this sort of thing. Christian, as a lesbian I'm with you in the need of more gay characters. For the time being my ultimate favorite gay characters are still Seiko Shinohara and Kaworu Nagisa.

I remember playing this game as a kid. I still adore it. Back then two men doing romantic stuff was played up for laughs, but quite honestly I can see these two actually being romantically into each other. I think in my head they're ace, just not interested, but that doesn't mean they can't love each other deeply and likely do.
