If a candidate became a employee and his annual salary is $100k that 15% would come out of his salary? so the new hired would have 15% less on his salary? or the company would pay $100k to the new hired plus %15 to the recruiter?
I think its more on the line of like if a job is paying $15 an hour for a job the agency will pay the working person $13. So the agency scoop that $2/hr for that person. But if the person is salary yes youre correct its a % of that 100k salary or ×$ pay
For permanent position how do one charge the employer? Is it just one time payment or as long as the client working for that company the agency will get paid
@@kadzmoney f you have ever come across a recruitment, staffing or employment agency the forst question you may ask is how do they actually make money? They actually charge the client the money 99% of the time after they have successfully introduced a candidate and the candidate starts work. This is also callee contingency recruitment as opposed to retained recruitment which is paid up front. where??????
This is such a helpful video thank you ❤️
You are very welcome my friend

Yo man complimented you on one of your other video’s, not sure if you remember.
How do you go about sourcing candidates for the roles you take on?
Linkedin, job boards mainly. Thank you mate
It starts from the criteria you set
15% of the salary so does the employer pay the person we found and pay us separate or do they pay us then we pay the person I found
Would you say this give you an edge when interviewing? I feel that it would since you are being vetted by the Agency.
When do you get the clients to sign the t&c? After finding them a candidate or before?
Hey! could ya pls tell what do ya charge for a single job posting? do you have any packages or plans for employers as well who wants to post a job?
