Start that business today.I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! For this reason, It's important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I love this! My business partner and I are branching out into the private sector to start a staffing agency. We began as a vendor licensed and contracted through the state, allowing us to receive state funding, and it has been great. We just started last month and have already placed 22 clients. Although our payout wasn't as high due to the flat rate fees of $7000 per placement and an additional $45 an hour for billing, we are optimistic about the future.

Currently, we are contracted to work with vocational rehabilitation clients, which includes individuals re-entering or entering the workforce for the first time. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and we also provide support to clients with disabilities. All our services are state-funded.

I would just like to add up this if possible. It's best to add background check tools in your arsenal. Since recruiters serve as a bridge between clients and talents, always ensure that you're providing the best candidates to your clients. Aside from work experience and skills, one thing recruitment agencies need to pay attention to would be criminal records, especially if it's related to the field of work candidates are applying for.

This is essentially a parasitic business which does nothing beneficial to society.
The only reason this still exists is that the government has done absolutely nothing to regulate the sickening temp agency industry.

Hello sir thank you for the video. I have a RUclips channel about industrial maintenance and from time to time people reach out to me and ask me to help them find a job. I was thinking maybe I could find a nationwide staffing agency that would allow me to Work Commission only or I would try to set up my own business. I've also considered looking for jobs with the referral bonus.. I'm not really sure where to start. Do you have any initial advice or can you point me in the right direction just on what you would do in my situation? Hey can you give a little more information on billing. You mentioned you charge 20%, when do you receive a 20%? also is this paid as soon as employees hired?
You should negotiate net 10 payment terms. This is what I do. You get paid 20% fee of salary 10 days after the employee starts working. This is how traditional direct hire works. Retained and Engaged are different.

Not really that difficult there is little to no experience needed and little to no knowledge needed.
All you have to do is know how to hire someone, do payroll and pay taxes...
This is not a business it is essentially a legal way to middle employment to people.
This is what disgusting people do who have little to no moral or ethical compass as anyone with any sort of morals or ethics has a huge issue with this kind of business.

I'm interested in starting up a staffing / recruiting company I was just disheartened with the Staffing aspect because I would have to carry workman's comp. It doesn't sound like I would have to do that as a recruiting company. Through the research that I have done I have found recruiting companies in staffing companies are not exactly the same.. I have a specific industry that I am targeting and I believe it would be very lucrative. It's neither of the ones you mentioned how would I use LinkedIn candidates don't like to reply to my services

I think in some places (like Canada) it is illegal for recruiters to collect money directly from candidates.
Who is taking money from candidates??
So when you get someone hired they give you 20% of salary right up front? Or do they give it to you in partial payments throughout the candidates first year?
There are a few ways to structure the payment. I prefer the performance based approach where you collect 1/3rd on day 1 then 1/3rd when you perform, ie) send a shortlist, then last installment on 1st day of work. Thoughts?

I've been a recruiter for 1 yr now. I'm in IT contracting and I'm telling you that this video describes perfectly how most recruitment companies work. It's not a pyramide scheme because you build a long term relationship with your clients and that's what they pay for. You always deliver them the top talent wich is a big help for companies.
