Looks like the roll starts off center, then rolls over center and caught again off center...is that right? Do you have any demos on diagonal strikes and how to safely stop them? Thank you and God bless. PS Our practice chucks are pvc w/ cord.

I'm sorry some of these people on here are rude. Everything is hard to learn at first, it just takes practice to get better, it takes hours to get down correctly.

I would try this but my pair are made from teak wood and would probably rip my hand apart if I put my fingers on the chain
