My new Taekwondo-only channel! I am a 3rd degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and I compete in Sparring- I love doing high kicks, and weapons (nunchucks & bo staff). 2 years ago, I tore two ligaments in my ankle. I kept competing for those 2 years until I absolutely couldn't. This year, I finally had the much-needed ankle surgery. I can't wait to get back on the competition floor and am determined to go back in stronger than before!

When learning the figure 8s which cut over and under each others lanes they should alternate right over left and left over right the same goes in reverse so that both hands are familiar in leading. nice little video

It's kind a hard to find a place to practice Taekwondo in here the way It seems to be done at Amy's. No weapons, no very dinamic drills etc. :(
