Nunchaku Flow Tutorial: Cross-body Hand roll (arm/neck/leg/foot)

In this tutorial I go over the basics of a cross-body hand roll. It can be a tricky move to learn at first depending on the overall size of your nunchaku. But once you got it you'll be having a grand time adding it to your overall practice and play!

Thank you kindly for the suggestion! Since there were plenty of hand-roll tutorials already here on RUclips I figured to cover some of the more niche techniques for nunchaku. But as I look back on all I have uploaded I may wish to create a basic handroll tutorial myself.
