Black excellence should always be celebrated. Great job Tayo and big up to this young man. 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇳🇬
Nigerian youths can industrialise that great country.
Totally agree.
Yes, if given the chance and we support each other's growth, the youth can achieve greater things
ruclips.net/video/QirsHb5WOKA/видео.html
They can but Govt discriminatory policies would definitely crush that
He was speaking soo sharp until Tayo asked him questions about his parents and the struggles he went through. You could feel the pain in his voice
I totally agree. Life trauma is always something so deep in within that never goes away and gets triggers once in a while. I applaud him.
Education is never late
He looks so young,,, thought we are colleague.. 19 yrs ago I was still in primary school....
Only me advice myself to be calming down🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Thank you for this...
He said our problem in this country is that we don't save and that's 100% true.
If you tell this to people you'll hear "Na person wey get money dey save"
And that's not true.
Awesome video 🔥
🇳🇬
do a Made in Africa episode with more women business owners too. thanks for sharing.
i agree.
Okay, madame feminist
Make suggestions to him
@@gwin8463 it's not about feminism. More about inclusivity and also an inspiration for young women.
@@akinoluwaakinbote4870 I think that's already been done
It's really Sad about the problem he said of "Trust and Honesty" that's lacking in the country. This isn't good for businesses or relationships. Hope we can all start taking it seriously and address these important Moral principles. Unfortunately he's not the first person saying it.
Unfortunately, it seems to be a problem in other African countries as well. It sure is a problem in mine (Côte d'Ivoire). Entrepreneurs often have to be overly invested in all areas of the business because of the lack of trust which not only creates burnouts but often prevents businesses from growing past a certain level. We can do better and I believe that we WILL.
Scammers everywhere.. major issue of this country
If you're a Young Entrepreneur or upcoming entrepreneur.
Ignore the noise and keep pushing 🔥🇳🇬🇳🇬
Exactly, we will get there someday
Probably worth putting a little comment in the video explaining to the non-Naija peeps that term "IT" at 2:20 refers to - Industrial work experience/training
this brother was humble enough to shadow someone who understood the game and had experience and now look at him.Massive respect to him
I can't wait for the day the Nigerian Youth will put themselves and the future first 🇳🇬🇳🇬 fight for themselves and better their community
You guys are friggin tough. Thanks for sharing Tayo.
Greetings from KL, Malaysia
Thanks for all the inspiration Tayo and thanks to Abayomi for "taking the call"! I am proud of my African people! - A subscriber from Côte d'Ivoire

Thanks for watching!!
I've seen this guy in places here and there in the entertainment industry. It's funny, until someone opens their mouth, you have no idea what they've been through. Really good stuff.
Saying his success largely benefits from referrals is an honorable thing. Nice one man. I wish you success in your future doings.
Motivation... 🙏🏽 thanks tayo ... Abazee the real plug right there 🙌🏽

So INSPIRATIONAL wow God bless you dayo for this series.
Excellent interview. I don't know how Tayo does it - listening to these guys telling their painful and emotional background stories and not getting moved to tears. Me, they will be giving me tissue 24/7. I guess that is why he is the pro.

Very inspiring story. Smart and hard working guy. But for the sake of his health, I hope he delegates duties more to trusted hands and rest and sleep more.
The problem we have is not savings problem it's an income problem
You're very right.
@Francisca Onyema0 30k a month, explain to me how that's gonna work today
#500 12months=6k
#1k 12months=12k
#5k 12months=60k
Tell me how someone can successfully do anything with this kind of money. We are doing our people a disservice telling them to save instead of telling them to look for ways to improve your income. 10k in January is 7k in December in this country. You can't make money saving because your savings in dependent on how much you make so increase your income and your savings will increase.
@@therewasanattempt1961 true but it’s a time thing. Find a bank with good savings interest and forget the money there. Only remember the account when you want to put money into it. In the meantime, look into index/mutual funds or bonds to put the money in to generate bigger interest than banks give. Yes, save but knowledge is power. There are ways to make your money work for you. God will inspire you, don’t give up
Very interesting and inspiring.❤️❤️❤️👍
Bless Up... nj-usa
Great job, kudos to him
This is great
Kudos to both of you
Truly inspiring!
This is very wonderful
Super video!! 👍💪 I really live watching your content!! 😁
Nice out fit.
Good one
Great job, great story...
- Start small
- Reinvest (save)
- Grow your knowledge ( via mentors)
- Tend your network.
- Stay vigilant/Decisive
- Stay consistent

Beautiful stories, keep prospering!
Nice, would love to see an interview with a photographer too.
Great minds think alike. Innosen of innksen motors said start small, that most young people want to start as VP, president CEO😅😅 start small, do an apprenticeship just like this guy also said look for the best put your head down and learn, same thing that Gambian guy that built the estate in portharcourt said , he didn't go to school but learnt for several year's under Great mind's. ....hmm
Inspiring . Thanks .
We need a second mic. More power to you.
Great interview
Hey Tayo I like ur channels it's really motivating me
This series is really interesting, Tayo. Great stuff! You should do more series on women founders though.

@@georgeskeubou5966 hell yeah I dont dispise wealth or success. I dont know where you see gangs bruv!
Great job...
He looks far younger than his age. Bros, tuale!
Bro great video but the background music is too loud, I couldnt really focus on what he was saying.
Tayo, I have been enjoying your series, very enlightening and eye-opening to the opportunities that exist in Africa.. Wish we could deal with security, but we move!!! A very happy subbie. Welldone!!
He didn't give a good answer when Tayo asked him if the business is worth it. But the answer is yes. The entertainment industry in Nigeria is contributing $5 billion to the Nigerian economy annually and entertainment industry is fast growing in countries like Ghana, South Africa and Kenya. So yes it's a big deal.
Thank you for this Tayo. He's living my dream. How can I connect with him
TG Omori I see you 🔥🔥🔥
Hello Tayo Aina. İm a fan of urs from Cameroon. Love what you doing and will be glad to have you visit Cameroon. Also got a youtube channel called BN Moments. Cheers
One of your guys already made a threat against Naija musicians not to step foot in Cameroon.
I'm disappointed when I listen and read the stories partaking to the exchange between Cameroon and Nigeria music. It's a game of ignorance which has no significance.

And people will sit there waiting for government jobs. There are lots of things to do in the country and u will make money. We Nigerians are clever, versatile, hardworking, innovative, intelligen and talented people. We make things out of nothing. Think of what u can do for yourself and your country and not wait for what your country can do for u.
Abazee my nigga 🔥🔥🔥🔥
The lack of honesty and trust in Nigeria is appalling. It makes running a business way more difficult than it should be. At his level, he should be able to have employees run point on certain sections. He doesn't have to be at all the locations. A lot of us in diaspora want to invest back home but we keep hearing the same thing - if you are not there in person they will chop all the money and run your business to the ground. big up to Olukanmi for building his empire despite all odds
