Your work is amazing.. I have the A7IV but can’t get the FX30 out of my head would be perfect for travel video & photo, keep this fx30 content it’s going make me take the leap 😅
Great video. I have a quick question, when shooting a wedding. Do you always change white balance whenevr scene changes and what do you use to set your WB
Hi! I just came across your channel and love your videos! I've got a quick question, I'm just starting out as a wedding filmmaker and have an fx30 myself. I'm very impressed with your hand held shots and was wondering how do you get them so smooth? Do you use a side handle? Thanks
Hey Mark, Thanks so much! I have a couple techniques and I'm planning on putting out a video soon regarding handheld filmmaking. I usually use a top handle, and just started using a side handle a bit
I was looking at getting a FX30 and the 15mm F1.4, but now the S5II has arrived I think Im more interested in the Panasonic. The kit lens and a 50mm will probably cover me better
Hi I’m shooting a wedding video with the fx30 for the first time , so basically you’re saying you don’t need a gimbal bc of the stabilization of this camera correct? I been debating on if i need or not!
I’m thinking about getting fx30. Already watched all your videos but I’m not sure only about ibis. Your handheld videos are very stable, but other samples I saw bbweren’t so smooth. Did you stabilize them in post? I’m currently on Lumix. I see you owned a gh5 before. How they compare?
Lumix has way better ibis. But Sony is decent. Panasonic just has way better ibis in general and I haven’t tried any camera system that compares to it yet. I have some techniques I use the get stable handheld footage and I’m planning on making a vid about it soon. Sometimes I add a bit of stability in post if I’m trying to achieve a certain look for specific shots

You’re making me want to switch to Sony! Can’t wait for the comparison with the s5ii
Wouldn't be a bad idea 🤫 but the S5II may be a better choice. Can't wait to try it out

Thanks so much! It's a pretty incredible camera
For weddings, is it easier to just shoot everything in 60fps?
Yes it is unless you specifically want to keep the natural look of 24fps certain moments
Yes until the S5ii Ships at the end of the month!
Looking forward to it!
For the sequence @ 3:07, do you mind sharing what LUT you used to get those amazing colors? Thanks!
Awesome video! Thank you sir!
Thank you for watching!
@@TheAugusts my pleasure! Does it degrade your footage when using S&Q mode?

It comes down to your personal style, but I usually film handheld with the FX30
What was the creative lut used ? Would like to buy them ?

@@TheAugusts Thanks! Is there anything in GH5 that you miss? Why did you switch to Sony?
queria compra esse luts do seu video como faço
I researched this camera but bought the A7iv on Black Friday instead.
Nice! That’s a great camera 👌
biggest complain is ISO.
Fair enough, it's nice that it has its high base at ISO 2500 at least
