  • Zaarb (or Zarb) is a Bedouin barbecue: a large tray of meet, chicken and vegetables cooked into the sand.
    If you prepare Zaarb with sheep or goat meat the cooking time will be about 2,5 hours; if you make it with chicken you will need 1,5 hours.

    oh I really wanted to see what is cooked in that underground pit and how they serve them.
