Consistency is probably the most powerful of these 7 tricks. The worst example that keeps recurring and I've seen it once (in a variation): A gets into trouble and B comes along and consoles A and offers his help. B promises to return the favor, if the chance ever arises. B shortly afterwards comes along and asks exactly for that, however, his request is unethical. A refuses, but B shows him how accepting his help was already unethical and that he can get into trouble for it, but obviously B would not tell anyone. Begrudgingly A accepts and does the petty offense. B comes back and asks again for a favor, but this time he'd pay for it. A refuses but is reminded by B that he has done two immoral acts and is involved too deep to pull out anymore. B keeps asking for more and more, slowly gnawing away from every moral value A ever had until A becomes a full fledged traitor. Note: abusive relationships are typically similar!

I love how he manipulates us into thinking manipulation we'd previously thought of as unethical is actually manipulation that can be called 'ethical manipulation! Very manipulative of him!
There is no ethical way to "manipulate." Manipulation is inherently unethical, because the attitude of manipulating human beings takes the view that your fellow persons are tools or objects to be manipulated, manhandled, to achieve your own goals. You can certainly use tactics of persuasion, argument, praise, blame, etc. But the easiest way to tell the difference between merely making yourself more convincing, and attempting evil via "manipulation" tactis, is whether or not the person you are trying to convince or encourage would be outraged or hurt if they knew exactly what you were attempting to do. For example, it's not manipulating anyone to pay them in exchange for work. Nobody would say, "Hey wait a minute... you're not giving me money purely out of the goodness of your heart. You're actually paying me just because you want work done and you think I will do it for you in exchange for money!!! What the hell?!?" That would be ridiculous. You are still _changing someone's behavior by purposeful action,_ but there's no trickery or malice therein ipso facto. P.S. This is only tangentially related to the video, and I'm not directly commenting on its content.

the ideas seem to be taken from the book influence,as mentioned, I recommend all to go through the book for a better and detailed understanding.......Remember, in order to imbibe these ideologies in oneself, one must aim for mastery, as said by Robert greene.
My mama was trying to convince me to put lettuce on my taco today by telling me I need my vegetables to be healthy. I do like lettuce but really didn’t want none on my taco I ended up putting the lettuce on my taco anyway. She manipulated me 🤣
But if everyone learns this information from youtube videos, then it is not as valuable anymore because everyone will know it. Also, the manipulation techniques will not work anymore because everyone will know about them.
Know something and know hot to use that something are two different things, some of the knowledge to use a simple thing as "redirect" for exemple, would require a lot of other types of knowledge. Anyone using something they're not used to it will look fake and nobody would buy it... and to use any of those things would require years of pratice, and even the most experienced "player" can lose the game, if you need to think any of those things during a conversation, you already lost your touch, in any conversation you have to feel confortable and talk as you usually does, but when you try to impersonate something or someone, you'll drop the ball eventually. So this kind of thought only works to protect yourself if you can't use it, or to improve an already "master of manipulation", it's like a video of a coach teaching the best things about the best player in the world, the only people who would benefit from it are those who already are good at the game, and if they play their cards right, someday they can be as good as that player was (doesn't mean they'll achieve the same level of success). People usually get afraid when those sociopathic behaviors are teached, but don't realise that just a small portion of people can actually use it and be like that... So if you know you can't use it and your ethics are strong enough to put you in fear of those traits, just step away from trying to be like that, and instead try to lean that to protect yourself and to identify those people and get away from them.
When you get manipulated into buying the book in the link in the description. Show a few manipulation/persuasion tactics, hook the viewers interest, then mention the book in the description at closing of the video. Nice...😂

tentimetex your assumption is based on The beliefs that everyone watches yt and also has the ability to remember and implement the info.
So if you know you can't use it and your ethics are strong enough to put you in fear of those traits, just step away from trying to be like that, and instead try to lean that to protect yourself and to identify those people and get away from them.
joe drakw no because not ever person is the same these are just the understanding of manipulation it goes beyond that
If you don't want to watch it, u can just pass n allow yourself to be manipulated... Thanks for the psyche to watch till the end. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Well presented and informative. Thank you.
You're welcome :)
You can't manipulate everyone using these tactics. This video is trying to manipulate you to believe what it wants you to believe.
radagadengdengdattattatttta....
my ears hurt .....
Lol
When you get manipulated into buying the book in the link in the description. Show a few manipulation/persuasion tactics, hook the viewers interest, then mention the book in the description at closing of the video. Nice...😂
I am incapable of asking for things. So this is completely useful to me
Influencing is easy ..make them believe that it was their idea😂😂
