Hi Rehman, depends on from where you start, From the Tryfan base via east side is shorter but slightly longer from Ogwen visitor centre. Once you reach Bwlch Tryfan it will take 1 hr to summit without navigation difficulties.

how long does it take to complete this ,im planning to have a go and need to include in my itinerary

Betws y coed is not the starting point for any of the peaks in Snowdonia National Park.
