Kinima, Yangben Phaksa, Sargyang, Wachipa are the main dishes of my people. But, obviously we have Tibetic food like Thukpa, Thaipo, Lhaphing, Shephaley etc. There's also the Bhaka, a rice cake eaten with chutney (sauce), eaten by the Dhimal & Koch Rajbongshi people of Jhapa. Of course, this is only scratching the surface.
Has to be the buffalo momos, I love dumplings but also think they lack in flavor, momos on the other hand do not skip out when itching comes to the masala, as an Indian, I love flavor and spice, momos have filling that has masala, and that chutney, takes it to another world
