The petition, which had thousands of signatures, was to name the new element Lemmium. I don't think anything ever came of it, but that would've been cool if they had named it after him. Never knew the guy personally, but I still miss him.

I think this was the first Motorhead video that I ever saw. The burp at the end made me a fan for life.
