It's so good to see an amputee's point of view ❤️❤️ You're surely contributing in helping other amputees out there, giving your thoughts to the ones getting trained for making prostheses in future, one of them being myself. I'll make sure the knowledge from your videos are used in the best way possible 🤗.

Thanks for this video my friend,
I'm having my leg amputated below the knee the left leg soon, my hospital the NHS England UK will only give me a basic leg, I looked at the price range, they can cost me a few thousands
    Thanks for sharing

How'ed it go for him? I'm going to be getting my right leg amputated sometime in the future. I could have done it months ago, but well frankly don't wanna lose half my leg just yet...

I don't know how I got here, because I realy have no clue of prosthetics and stuff, your videos seem like a good resource. And although apparently most of the other people watching this video don't agree, I just wanted to let you know that that is ok, just because I can imagene that it would be really disapointing to not get any positive feedback.
Maybe the time is just not ready.

Good stuff! Thanks for the info. I just got my check socket and leg and my shin hurts like a mother trucker when I try to walk in it… probably just need some adjustments and time getting used to using it and desensitizing my residual limb? I’m feeling kind of discouraged but I do realize it is day 1 with it so there is that.

Any videos on repairing sealing sleeves

Unfortunately, no. I've tried a few things like duct tape, electric tape, and other solutions over the years. However, once the sleeve starts bending and flexing, they invariably don't last more than a few hours at best. It could work in a pinch, but you'll be re-doing it constantly.
