Can definitely see why you were so excited for this one! The diversity of the plant life was amazing... I quite enjoyed the shots of the river and the views from the lookout, also 👍 Well done, as always!
But now to get others as involved, including myself.. I've always liked nature.. its complex to describe.. I have this want to immerse into nature but all these things keeping me from doing that 😮💨
I really love the videos of my country. Your content, which is different from other material because you emphasize botany, is mindblowing. So I must say until now, this is the masterpiece of your videos. Thanks for your love of nature, and the nature of my country. Saludos desde Limón.
Muchissima gracias. Costa Rica es mi hogar desde los ultimos 17 años. Estoy enamorada de la flora de este paraiso. Gracias por mirar mi video. Pura vida. Saludos desde Jacó 💚

WOW! I had no plans for a hike this morning, but I will go with you anytime! The plants, waterfalls, flowers, rivers, trails, the narrative you shared about species in the park was informative. You are a fantastic guide. Thank you. I'm exhausted after that long hike-time for a break.😄 I look forward to your next hike.
Thanks for the info. 😁 Drymonia species was my first guess but I wasn't sure as the others I found online for this region look a bit different but I believe you are right ✌️😁 ❤️ Thanks for watching. Pura vida
Thanks for your concern but it really was not dangerous at all. There are park workers there, the trails are well marked and maintained and it's not an exaggerated distance. I hike alone quite a lot, and always take precautions to ensure I'm safe. Pura vida
Great question. The are many ways to tell them apart but here are a few things to look for. Anthuriums and Philodendrons are different genera. They both are self heading but Anthuriums are rather compact, and don't require support. Their aerial roots grow downward. They are also only found wild in the Neo tropics. Philodendrons are often vining. Their aerial roots can grow out and upward. Anthuriums have longer petioles than Philodendrons. Veining patterns are also different. Philos often have lateral veining. ✌️😀
Yes! I did not manage to find those orchids but I mention in the video that some of the smallest species of orchids are found in Tapanti. 😀 I will look again the next time I go there 😁 Pura vida

The pink flower you found on the ground may have been the floral bract of one of the epiphytic Drymonia species, a Gesneriad.
