- Police have released an image of a suspect believed to be involved with the human remains found inside two suitcases in Bristol.
Bristol Live’s Tristan Cork tells #TimesRadio it’s possible the suspect intended to dispose of the bodies in the river but did not realise until he arrived at Clifton Suspension Bridge that the area was manned.

On the news it said 'police stated they do not think he is a danger to the public' Really!

@PotGinsters yep , I walked across the Mersey gateway bridge at 3 am in morning to get home quick , the police was there when I got halfway across, they thought I was about to jump as it's for car traffic only. Anyway they said I shouldn't be walking on the bridge and give me a lift home.
I'm glad we have such a Sherlock Holmes level of policing that could detect the subtle mistake this killer made of trying to throw bags of human remains off a famous cctv-protected national landmark bridge in broad daylight.
He's likely thrown them off the scent by currently disembarking a suitcase on the south coast and looking forward to his free hotel.
The plod are saying they want to try and “piece together” the victims last movements.

Not that long ago bodies regularly came floating down the Thames. Boatmen were paid to pick them up. Most were never identified. Most people never heard about them because there was no radio, no television, no telephone, no internet.

Good news is, we are not dealing with sharpest tools in the box. They were ill-prepared, ended up being seen by multiple witnesses, and one even posed for a very clear photograph because he couldn't resits turning towards the concerned citizen following him.

Im pretty local infact for a while lived 5 mins from the bridge. There's CCTV all over the area, audio moving cams and static.

As a former Bristolian, there are only a limited number of places to cross the Avon/Floating Harbour. If you know the city, then you know that the Suspension Bridge is a toll road and has been for years. You also know that it was a favourite suicide spot and that led to the erecting of the security precautions that stopped the suitcases.
Sounds like a typical Sunday evening drama show on TV. Threre so many macabre dramas on TV and streaming channels.

In another report a member of the public was interviewed who had actually spoken to three persons who had two suitcases they could barely carry. He joked, "That looks heavy, what you got in there a body?" I believe he's been interviewed and given the police relevant information about the trio.
