I imagine the most difficult part is getting under their chin with a good grip on the back. If they duck their chin, their free arm removes your crossface or you're not flat on your back might be a little more difficult. I'm looking forward to giving it a go.

This is actually pretty much an arm in crossface from bottom. Craig showed one from the top
