I just put the light kit on my HD and did a little mod on the pair of brackets for the lights. I drilled a new hole higher and farther out to mount the lights (closer to the upper outer corner of the bracket). I think it takes about a 5/16" drill bit to fit the mounting bolt they give you. It gains almost an inch in width and 1/2" height on each side so I expect it will help reduce the shadow out front . Anyone mounting these brackets to the machine should be real careful it is not a weld nut on the inside its just drilled & tapped sheet steel with threads that could easily strip out if you tighten it too much.
The lights look nice and bright. You should add one across the front to get rid of the black spot up close. Ebay and amazon are full of inexpensive LEDs.
94BULLITT YA I will have to. The wiring harness that came with the kit even has a third set to be able to add in off of it. I will start looking . It will be super easy to do.
Nice and bright but that huge shadow right in front where you need to see the most kinda sucks, you would think they would have tested it out at the factory before they settled on that location. How many watts do those lights pull?
DAN KOLLARS I think I have found it and a solution. Look for a new video next week it it works. Softball tournament all weekend . But just itching to try something
Hey, Fueled. Just checked out your seat isolator install. Much appreciate your videos. Does your deck connector bracket rub the LED bracket on the left (non chute) side when you raise and lower the deck?
Nice Install! Thanks for sharing! Do they have a switch so you can turn them on only when you want to use them at dusk / night? And you mentioned that the wiring harness has a third set; what additional lights would you suggest?
Manny A. yes a switch is included and the dash has a spot for it so it is an easy snap in. If I where to add a light I would consider either front center to eliminate a shadow or the back to be able to see behind
You are correct. The bad thing is, that is Gravely's mounting point as this is a OEM Kit. I don't really use the lights any more so I have not relocated them but to be more useful they would have to be relocated. Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. I greatly appreciate it.
My dealer had already installed the light kit when I bought my mower so I don't have any instructions or info on it. Does anyone happen to know what wattage of third light i can add to the front to get rid of the shadow? I don't want to overload anything and blow fuses. Thanks
Cali Dude I have a set in stock. if you like we can ship. shoot me an email at kempkers1ope at gmail.com will have to add the @ symbol no spaces all lower case. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment.

Sounds like your machine suffers from the deck rattle problem.
Yes it does. I just commented on one of your comments how I helped it alot.
What is the part# ?

If you go with another small led like what is on it will be just fine.
Where can I buy the exact same LED lights?
